Pim is most likely straight or at least likes girls from that since he also imagines having a family and a wife.
Charlie on the other hand isn't shown ever being into girls and has a rather homosexual moment with Mip.
So the most obvious conclusion is Pim is straight while Charlie is gay, unless you wanna throw bisexuality into the mix.
