Galadriel was at the end of her character arc
She left the undying lands to carve out a kingdom and glory and stayed in middle earth past iluvatar wish out of ego.
Until that moment it was up in the air if she’d mature into hero or go down in history as a Feanor. The thing that drove her was her ego and desire to be a great elf of legend like the first elves of the first age.
the fart cloud can stay in your pants for a surprisingly long time. Not as much as say if under a blanket, but it is noticeable.
Also related, have you ever farded while sitting down but the majority of the stench cloud isn't released until you stand up?
It still is pretty spooky and in a movie that had been pretty tame up to that point a jumpscare out of nowhere in the peaceful, elf city would get most people.
I feel like even now if I was watching it for the first time it'd get me. You don't expect it at all. Bilbo thus far had been an entirely friendly character to Frodo, We've seen him get angry at Gandalf over the ring, but never the scary face. Him going all monstrous is pretty frightening, Especially with the hiss/growl thing he does as he grabs for the ring
No one says they "farted their pants", like the fart doesn't stay inside your pants like shit does. It doesn't make sense unless the fart is so bad it gets trapped in the fabric but the only way that could happen is if it's a wet, shitted fart.

No but I've cannonballed
Usually happens in a leather car seat, it's when the only way out for the fart is through your balls so the ass blast of gas makes them vibrate, feels good man
>Gandalf's face when he hears Frodo say he'll take the ring when everyone is arguing in Rivendell
Just watched the extended editions for the first time bros.
how did he change back so fast when gollums couldn't
major plot hole
no you don't understand. this had nothing to do with finding/keeping the Ring. he just does that sometimes
kek he didn't pull his mean face like that with old graybeard, just got a little snippy
yeah he doesn't do it all the time
he almost did it when the sackville baggins came over to steal more spoons
Why is everyone always transforming around Frodo?
name one other character
that guy with the horn got real mean
but I think that was the ring? the one ring to rule them all.
oh him? I think he was just having a bad day because he dropped all the firewood he collected
Galadriel
yeah she went a little cray-cray as well.

the duality of LoTR threads
The fellowship had no women in it, you know they sat around the campfire seeing who could fart the loudest with Aragorn looking in with bemusement
Gollum/Smeagol
both Sauron and Saruman transform into soul clouds
Gandalf
Boromir
This was a good and appropriate jump scare which emotionally cemented the seriousness of the ring and its effects upon the psyche.
How did he change his teeth?
they are his mean guy teeth
Tactical Teeth. He keeps them sheathed most of the time.
Now people leap put of their seats from seeing a white man being racist.
You mean a white man existing which is apparently white privilege and racism and highly problematic.
i know its a shitpost thread, but yeah i was 9 when i saw this movie and this scene scared the absolute frick out of me
same, i was like 12 and this scene came outta nowhere and scared the shit outta me to the point i was still closing my eyes for like 2 or 3 minutes.
>12
What a homosexual. I was regularly watching hardcore porn at that age.

The first thing my parents told me when they came home from seeing LotR was that s ton of people through their popcorn in the air when this happened
>I'm sorry I brought this upon you my boy...I'm sorry you must carry this burden...I'm sorry for everything!
Kino

i genuinely feel sorry for kids born in such an autistic, cynical and hollow world. they barely have a chance.
That guy looks vaxxed. Rest in Pfizer.
>shid and fard their pants
as it should
The sauron eye flashes still get me too because I forget where they're placed, FotR has at least two

The action & music are the only good things about these movies.
funny how the universe works, i just finished watching TFOTR for the first time, and was shocked at that face he made lol
I'll admit that I got pretty startled by that when it happened. It was just so suddenly and out of nowhere.
