>Elvis Costello cover of a pop song
i don't have the heart to watch it because i miss the old hugh laurie
I'd love an alternative universe house where he chose to chop his leg off, and lives with a different kind of unhappiness which made everything slightly different.
>gets a prosthetic
>actually this isn't so bad
>and i'm not in pain all the time
>time to enjoy life
Wasn’t House mostly the same before the leg infarction? All his major stories from him or Wilson before it happened have him acting basically the same just moving faster and smiling occasionally
When he temporarily fixed his leg pain with ketamine it’s not like he stopped acting like he normally did
no the whole thing with Stacy is to show you that he is different because of the leg shit
But... we literally hear the stories of him as far back as medical school acting like the same pedantic ass
Yes, but the leg stuff causes him to go beyond that and that's shown many times.
Why wouldn't it be kino? A lot of very talented people were involved in making it.
The fact that he didn't chop off his leg because of his own misguided pride is kind of the point of the whole show. He has no one to blame but himself for his pain.
Considering David Shore went on to make the good doctor, it’s a miracle House was so good
I'm just getting to the end of the 'House picks a new team game' era in season 4 (the best part of the show)
>most competent candidate is female therefore she is "the b***h"
>it doesnt matter, he hires the hottest one anyway
>we dont need to know her name, just call her the number she was assigned
b-based?
the real reason house didn't pick amber was because she was a legitimate threat.
Which coincidentally is why she broke Wilson's vampire complex right after, and almost stole his only friend.
If only House had picked Amber instead of 13
SHE WAS ROBBED
For me it was the antarctic waifu episode
>such good show mister
>i riily like when house is on show
>so smat man! much love from india
Good morning, sir.
do the needful today sirs
The earlier seasons were the best but some of the best episodes are ones that happen early on. Like the one where Amber dies, the one with Chase and the religious b***h and others I cant think of right now.
Chase is the best character
>insults american basketball
>lip kisses 9 year old cancer patient
>kills a genocidal dictator
>bangs and marries the hottest gal
>takes over for house at the very end
how'd he do it bros?
Australians are not to be underestimated
aussies abroad are very powerful creatures.
It's only in their native land, do they stay neutered.
Also he hates fat people
I always knew he was the man
He also had daddy issues just like me
>lip kisses 9 year old cancer patient
the best scene is the rest of the team reacting when they find out lol
But in the end he could not deny his nature.
As a aussie he had to frick the tiny asian girl.
Yeah chase is king.
It started out good but was repetitive as hell. Got old real quick. Watched the ending a few years ago and that was actually pretty good.
>it's a cold open where they bait and switch who the patient is
Got old really quick tbh
house wasn't designed to be binged
>was she recently vaccinated
how did they predict it?
Every House episode is the same:
>person becomes inexplicably ill
>Teardrop by Massive Attack start playing
>rushed into the hospital
>House being le edgy to his colleagues and popping Vicodin
>patient gets diagnosed with non-life threatening disease and begins the treatment
>suddenly start pissing blood and going into anaphylactic shock
>team puts him into coma
>Wilson reading morals to House while he is being le edgy
>Cuddy scolding House while he is being le edgy
>cutback to Foreman/Chase/Cameron slices of life
>cutback to House being high on Vicodin and doing something stupid
>patient's health is deteriorating, time to amputate his wiener
>patient is being rushed into the operation room
>House argues with his colleagues and gets a brainwave from out of nowhere
>rushes to operation room to stop the amputation and reveals the real diagnosis
>patient gets instant miraculous recovery while House is being le edgy and le smarter than thou
>executive producer David Shore
except all the episodes where they didn't use that format.
Good 80% of the episodes used that format though.
a procedural was mostly procedural?
amazing
