It’s such a silly thing to complain about, and again, I’ve never seen anyone complain about until this guy, I’ve seen all sorts of criticisms be they valid or not about the show, but I’ve never seen anyone say the name is bad until now it’s such a weird thing to have an issue with.
My only issue with the show is the humor/writing. It's not terrible but it could be a lot better

I always misremembered the show as "I Was a Teenage Robot" which intuitively makes more sense to me, so I'll say that.
How does that make sense? It's past tense. Jenny is immortal and will always be a teenage robot.
I do agree it kinda doesn't stand to scrutiny if you look at it that way, but it sounds natural.
I think I was mixing it up with the SpongeBob episode "I Was a Teenage Gary" which makes even less sense than using it for MLAATR

The show is inconsistent about how damging water is to her, sometimes she gets electrocuted. Pther times she can dip into a pool of water and be completely fine, it depends on what’s funny.
