Shut your fricking mouth unironically, this is just a show targeted at children and manchildren to groom/expose them to troony shit. within first few days of this show i saw some degen porn on rule34. thats fricked up, how can you consoom this goyslop
Really makes me wonder if the show isn't striking at something at the center of the current zeitgeist.
When you think about it, aren't we all in a digital circus right now? Makes the pilot getting pinned to the top of /b/ for a while seem rather fitting...
i can't laugh at this video after seeing the uploader's comments. she unironically thinks jax is the worst character in the history of animation and is hellbent on making the show out to be shallow lorebait like pibby as if glitch is gonna drag it out to five or more seasons and not just stick to the one that goose has planned
Yeah after the 10th rewatch(viewed all Kinger scenes) I can safely say this show is nothing to write home about, it's really bland(unlike Kinger)
His name is Caine
I didn't watch it, but the fanbase already annoys me.
Cinemaphile shit now is guaranteed to have a cancerous fanbase, and that annoys the shit out of me.
Then don't look up shitter, but that's a given due to how many moronic ones it usually spawn out

I'm too autistic to enjoy it. It's all muh mystery stuff which you know will be dragged out or not even explained at all, and if you ask for an explanation you'll be told "that's not the point of the story" well frick you guys, I like world building.
Making smut of other creator's personas is typically frowned upon for obvious reasons, but Vivzie is a c**t so I wouldn't mind seeing something of her. It'd be a great start to the year if she goes offline indefinitely over it

I'd probably be doing her a favor just to get her offline
Viv already had art of her decapitated head being raped by Angel Dust years ago, i doubt whatever porn idea you have will do anything
Maybe have it be something a larger amount of people can jack off to
Having smut of something is one thing, but getting people off to what is supposed to be a real person is why people dislike it
Not everyone is into decapitation
>The main character having a breakdown about their identity in an absurdist setting feels like it's negating the premise
How does the premise negate itself?
More that the existential crisis in an absurdist setting without a straightman makes it feel odd. There's only the pilot, so there's a lot that can change/develop. Just that's the feeling I got from the pilot. I don't dislike it, I just don't like it either
what's the straight man supposed to do? "wow guys, you're all weirdos for freaking out about being trapped in a computer, unlike sane rational people like me who have no reaction to it"
It just feels structureless. A lot of 2010's onwards media do feel like that, actually. Like it's not a complete 'thing', just a bunch of scenes strung together for some reason.
idk about "structureless". It clearly has a structure that it's trying to adhere to, it's just doing so in a very stilted way. The overall plot is solid in its conception, it just falls flat in execution; like, you can tell what the thought process was behind (almost) every scene, you can tell it wasn't added in for no reason, but there's no flow to any of it.
I'd say the writers are still stuck thinking of stories as just a sequence of related events like you suggest, and don't understand the "vision" (for lack of a better term) required to fit them together into a coherent whole.
That's a tough ask because it's something you learn to get a feel for as a writer or critic, not a technical term. I guess I'd say that a story "flows" correctly when there's sufficient logical and emotional reason for event and dialogue X to follow from event or dialogue Y, but that's still not very accurate.
>it just falls flat in execution
I disagree, It doesn't fail at it's execution, it's pacing is pretty solid, it uses it's 25 minutes quite effectively by introducing the world, characters and even interactions, it give us a satisfying closure that even if the series were never approved it works quite well as a self contained story with one video, that's something most industry pilots fail to deliver even though a pilot is always supposed to do that. It's a pretty solid episode.
The pacing and introductions are all painfully scripted. Like, there's moments in the episode where you can practically hear the characters going "Okay, now time for some exposition!"
Take Kinger's "Did someone say something about an insect collection?" line when he's first introduced to Pomni: it's an obvious and I'd even say tryhard attempt to portray him as crazy by having him act lolrandom.
Almost every time the writers are introducing something, they're doing so in the most telegraphed, unsubtle way possible, like they're following a scripted "how to write" guide. That's what I mean when I say the execution falls flat.

Unironically touch grass
I hate living in a third world country and seeing bootlegs of this shit and skibidi toilet everywhere
It's just beginning.
woah

The pilot was pinned to the top of /b/? Haven’t stepped foot into that hellhole for a long time but that’s surprising even for them.
It was talked about in one of the earliest threads about the show when it happened.
>Makes the pilot getting pinned to the top of /b/ for a while seem rather fitting
What? Really?
>the current zeitgeist
Not even coloring the eyes right.
>we will never see mexican cringekino live
Want to go just to see how bad can it be but being a grown man going by himself to a play for children doesn't seem to be a bright idea.
I'm really curious to see what it's gonna be about since a lot of Mexican bootleg theater plays are lost media
Alright, go back to Disney+ and keep consooming that corpo-slop, then.
bretty good

stick to jerma animations dumb zoomer c**t
Why are you mad again?
thinking someone's criticisms are dumb is being mad apparently
Usually when you call someone a "dumb zoomer c**t" there's a hint of anger, especially if you're getting this worked up about someone's opinion.
No duh
Who is that guy on the left?
You can watch the pilot for free. He introduces himself in the first, like, twelve seconds
Yeah after the 10th rewatch(viewed all Kinger scenes) I can safely say this show is nothing to write home about, it's really bland(unlike Kinger)

Glitchx has the second coming of a RWBY-tier in their hands if goose fricks it up somehow
>RWBY-tier
The frick does that mean.
And whatever that means, it's wrong because this will be clearly a Homestuck-tier shitshow if it goes wrong.
RWBY didn't have this kind of initial momentum and Goose will have to kill herself if it goes the same way that show did.

No shit.
MY NAME IS VIVIENNE. I AM YOUR b***h.
Where's the porn of her avatar?
Is there a reference sheet for it
Don't know if she made a reference sheet for it but here is the full picture

Why do zoomers and little kids like this when it's peak cringe millennial humor?
Vibrant colors, adults like us can't see colors like they can
>peak cringe millennial humor
???
You know no one's actually scared of the show and the light horror elements are just for intrigue, right?
You know somethin you're special and loved!

Reminder that clowns are demons, and media that shows them is a form of worship lead by the masons.
I dont really belibe on any of that, but man you can make a good book out of this schizo channel.

It's pretty meh
I want Pomni to suck many times at once, if you catch my drift
I agree
Just like your mom does.
