What a great show. Also gets to a real feeling I had with vidya (not just me natch), what with games seeming to throw on the "you ain't fricking winning this one" setting for some games. Like the npcs were rebelling
These guys were making some pretty good shit at the time. I absolutely loved beast wars which went from being a decent kids show with s1 to having some pretty great arcs in season 2. They would go from having an episode about the noble sacrifice of a fan favourite character to an episode about a down syndrome transformer being a danger to itself and everyone. Good shit
When Bob got 'killed' and Enzo had to take over, then Enzo lost the game and also disappeared, that was mindblowing. That sort of thing just didn't happen in a kid's show. Stakes aren't supposed to be real, it's supposed to get wrapped up nice and neat at the end of the episode. Couldn't wait to see what happened next
>I live in the games. I search through systems cites and peoples for this place. Mainframe, my home. My format? I have no format. I am a renegade lost on the net
It's a tv show, stupid frick. It has as much right to be here as simpsons, family guy, futurama, and all the other animated shit on the board right now
>the episode where Bob loses and dies >the episode where Enzo gets his eye gouged out and dies >the episode where Enzo comes back as a Chad
Shit blew my mind when I was a kid. Honestly the shift to a more mature plot felt pretty organic and well paced.
i loved how the system restore duplicated enzo with the younger version of himself just because his icon was in game sprite mode, silly things like that which only computer nerds comprehend
Based. Dad and I never missed this growing up.
:'(
Used to watch with mine too
Glad to see many dads knew what kino was :3
yeah it was good
so was supposed to be a different color of Black or Asian or what?
Black man's body inhabited by a white man's soul
>that last ep of season 2 and then s1e1 starting instead of s3, for what felt like years
I waited for the end of the story.. rerun after rerun... I cried after finding out it was cancelled. lol.
is that Justin Bieber?
Fun fact: They are both Canadian creations
this show stops being comfy when they do the over arching plots
WHAT!?

>Next episode
>Deep and gruff narration during the opening monologue
>I live in the games. I search through systems cites and peoples for this place. Mainframe, my home. My format? I have no format. I am a renegade lost on the net
>the mad max episode
cool music
fun fact: mad max fury road is a remake of that episode, same writer
War Planets Shadow Raiders was better
mods, move this shit thread to Cinemaphile please

Coom
>MEIN DIGITS
I come from the Net
>My format?
>I have no format!
Literally me
To mend and defend.
I hate how Clone Wars stole all this show's credit.
This show had really spooky moments as a kid. The way the web was portrayed was terrifying and Gigabyte was scary.
Never watched it. 3D animation is soulless.
When is the live action Netflix version getting released?
the one with Enzo becoming Matrix was a real highlight as a kid
I love Ian James Cortlett, great actor and unlike most VAs hes not a stuck up jackass.
>Ian James Cortlett
best adult Goku

Crazy how they didn't pay him for yelling and that was why he left that role.
For me, it’s Hexadecimal
You'd have to be a total loser to watch that shit, same as Power Rangers, Fraiser etc.
All those shows are good, have a nice day
ever since reboot i always imagined a little city of people living in my hard drive
i always feel bad when i reformat a system
They probably lived like 5,126 years their time, anon. Well enough time for a new cycle to begin.
frick. now i want a modern series with this premise. imagine what you could do.

A what?
in the olden days of television it was rare to have a show with an ongoing plot, usually tv shows were written to be self contained episodes
*shits on your chest*
Wow, really?
