gays like you gave an unnatural conception of what a male body looks like.
this is what it should look like
not that roid 8% body fat body of a guy that spends 90% of his day thinking about not eating a single carb, consuming 300gr of protein and dying at 35

I like how you call others gay then come posting in a bait thread ready to suck the first dick you see

men should be either skinny twinks with a feminine waist or giant muscle monsters, no inbetween.

His body fat was fine, but he did need a bit more muscle, which he added in later films. We're not talking about a guy, he's supposed to be a freak mutant with unbelievable healing capacity.

I know youre fat because you think that guy would avoid carbs

This guy's super power has legitimate built in roids, he never has to rest from working out. He'd probably be extremely jacked.

        you know nothing about science.
muscles get bigger when they break, basically
if this homie has immediate healing, he wouldn't let the body grow at all.

        that's why he's a manlet i guess

          >muscles get bigger when they break, basically
He gets injured, like his claws cutting through his skin, but then the skin heals right over when they retract. I imagine the muscles would tear and then immediately heal.

He was a last minute casting decision, hired days before shooting began. He didn't have time to bulk up

I think that body type fits Wolverine better, would've been perfect if he was shorter.

        Anonymous

Shorter would have been better, but Jackman owned the role so I can forgive the erroneous height.

    >Jackman's meals include black bass (2,000 calories), Patagonia salmon (2,100 calories), two chicken burgers (around 1,000 calories each) and two grass-fed sirloins (1,100 calories each). That means Jackson is consuming over 8,000 calories a day now as he gets bulked up for Wolverine.

I find that diet hard to believe (unless he has an unbelievable metabolism), but I do like him with more muscle, although the lack of body hair is a little disturbing. Did Logan start getting waxes?

        >although the lack of body hair is a little disturbing.

almost no current Hollywood actor have a body hair

          Anonymous

Yeah, but I didn't even realize he had it (per OP's image), then shaved it for later films. I wouldn't think Logan would give a shit about having chest hair, but sex appeal sells I guess.

that was probably months ahead of filming to bulk and then intense cutting about 2-3 months out. During filming they did crazy shit like water fasting to get skin to stick to muscle better.

          >water fasting to get skin to stick to muscle better
That only happens when you are already lean and depleted of carbohydrates/glycogen, not water. There is no way he was eating 8,000 calories a day for a prolonged period of time. That's strongman (300+lb) athlete tier.

      >armlet
Ok now this is why you need a little fat. Guys with small arms aren’t attractive. Women want to be held by pulsating jiggling slabs of muscle with a thin blubber layer over them that shakes when they flex. Like a powerful horse can make his haunches tremble. So too should a man produce the same effect.

Why is it forbidden by studios to admit that you're roiding? What do they gain from fooling millions of impressionable normies and giving them false hope?

I mean an entire rotisserie chicken is a little over 1k calories, and that's counting the skin. I can't imagine he was eating that twice, plus two pounds of fish, plus two pounds of beef.

this pic to women is like a giant fake titted bimbo
of course we all WOULD a giant fake titted bimbo but women are only 1/2 as horny as men are constantly like 2 days a month when they're ovulating and even then they're still picky

He didn't have enough time to get into shape because the original intent was to use another actor. By X2 he was pretty ripped.
But also, Jackman is a lanklet and it's harder to build muscle as one. Comic Wolverine is like 3 ft tall so combined with the mutie powers his fizeek makes sense.

I mean on the one hand I agree, but on the other hand I could see Danzig or some non-actor making a brutal film whereas Hugh Jackman helped build it into a franchise.

He's 6'2". Doubt you would be looking down on him even in 2000.

  8. 5 months ago

    It still is.
That's about the peak human physique in the eyes of the average person.
If you look like that, people in real life will consider you ripped as frick.
Modern culture of taking moronic amounts of roids on instagram and lifting world record weights from 20 years ago as warmup sets, doesn't reflect reality in any way.
Besides it's mostly men thinking that roided out physique is what women really want, which couldn't be further from the truth.
