This past month I’ve upped it from doing 45 minutes-1 hr of weights and 3 hours of cardio to 2 hours of cardio and 2 hours of weights. After a month I feel my chest muscles are tighter but my belly is still huge and so are my moobs, I’ll do this for a few months and if no big improvements I’ll look into doing something else, maybe I’ll have to get my diet down to ~1800 calories a day and just focus on weights only and very little cardio but I would be miserable doing that.

Get down to around 12% body fat. Than bulk but do a clean bulk. Best is 1 pound of muscle to half a pound of fat. Bulking not excuse of eating like a lard ass. Give or take can at first put a pound of muscle on a week. So if putting on 3-4 pounds you need to cut back. Just found to mean more fat you will have to lose in your cut. And longer the cut more chance the muscle fog gain will be lost

You can gain muscle while technically being at calorie deficit. Dipping into your fat reserves gives you enough calories to do so. Have to eat enough protein though. The less body fat one has the less this is possible though.

If you want to get fit and don't know where to start spending money on a few sessions with a PT is a great investment. I'm not saying you should have one after you know what you're doing, but having one come in and show you how to get going and make a plan with you is a good idea.
I do 5 minute walking to warm up, 10 minute run and then 3 minute cool down. I do 3 sets of 15 push ups between 3 sets of 30 crunch machine. Then I do two sets of 40 ab rotation machine on both sides, then I do either pull ups and dips or pec flys, then I repeat the jogging and do another 45 minutes usually focusing more on arms and chest than abs. Then I do uphill walking/uphill sprints for an hour or elyptical for an hour, then another 30 minutes of my ab/pull up&dips or pec fly workout, then I walk backwards uphill for 15 minutes. My diet is still pretty bad, but I do genuinely manage to keep it at around ~2500, sometimes less but sometimes more
