what is it now? i weigh 350 which is the most i've ever weighted and it's basically the threshold where i don't feel comfortable anymore and have trouble tying my shoes and wiping my ass
Everyone should be using a bidet no matter what their weight is.
Yeah I use wipes. Cus I just don't see how a stream of water will clean my ass (it won't. If the food you eat has oils how is water alone going to remove that)
How. I got to 250 and started having problems with diabetes, hipertension and all that fun stuff, moreover I felt like a piece of shit. How can you even put 100 more pounds and just now start to feel bad.
>it has everything to do with genetics such as insulin sensitivity

>6'3", just hit 280 lbs >feel like the most useless sack of shit ever and immediately start hitting the weights
how the frick do you even let yourself get to 350?
>350, can't wipe my poopy ass
Dude, eat a boiled egg for breakfast and lunch every day (that's 2 per day), then a final normal meal (not a fatass's "normal" meal) that includes plenty of vegetables and stuff. Save dessert for the weekend unless it's somebody's birthday. The weight will fly right off your big ol' jiggly shitty ass, I promise.
I peaked at 380, down to 335 right now. I genuinely never had any day to day problems caused by my weight, like I've hiked mountains and shit at this weight before. If I didn't have to get my blood sugar down I'd probably be in the 400s by now
Is it really so hard for you people to learn intermittent fasting? You can literally still eat whatever you want just leave a deficit and you'll lose weight. No exercise required, eat McDonalds but just eat 100-200 calories less than your maintenance. The bigger the deficit the quicker you'll lose.
yeah i've gotten fat as frick recently
my biggest problem is that im an alcoholic and when im drunk i just go "frick it" and eat tons of garbage
i just love drinking too much even though being a fat frick feels so uncomfortable
Damn, I'm 70 Kg and I still feel I should weight even less. I reached 83 Kg once and felt like a hippo. I dont get how can people get so fat, I would just isekai myself
Yeah it’s good if you can turn the hunger into a positive thing somehow. Eventually your body will start adjusting your hunger hormone and you will feel less and less hungry.
>tfw down from 300 to 260 lbs since last fall >tfw stuck at 260 for the past month

>Should I be avoiding salt in my foods altogether?
Avoiding salt won't make you lose weight but it's good to do if you have hypertension. >Does Himalayan Pink Salt have any actual benefits?
no
An actual legit tip is that you need to get comfortable with being hungry, there's no way around it. Your body gets used to the high volume, that's how hamplanets can eat multiple pizzas. You need to realize that being hungry doesn't mean you have to eat. Get a calorie tracker, once you hit your goal for the day don't eat anymore. It'll take a while, maybe even a year, but you will eventually get used to these smaller volumes.
This is very true and it was a serious challenge for me. I have gone from 290s to 240 at 6'2 in the last few months just from eating 1000-1500 calories of healthy, typically homemade food most days. I give myself one day a week to binge on junk food and large meals, it keeps my cravings in check the other six days of the week. I still have a ways to go but I have improved from fat frick to dad bod.
The first few weeks the hunger pangs sucked. I felt weak and tired. It was a little scary at first because pretty much my whole life I was used to gorging on whatever I wanted until I felt stuffed, so I had to recondition my body. After awhile the hunger pangs weakened then they went away entirely. At the beginning it took a lot of effort and willpower to control my calories and food choices. Now I have to remind myself to eat, it's a habit to go for healthy stuff and it's easy to wait until my binge day when I want something unhealthy. >tfw hot coworker who has never talked to me about non-work stuff before stopped me the other day to tell me I looked really good today >tfw she smiled and touched my arm when she said it >tfw while shopping at the mall with my cousin she told me she noticed a girl at one of the stores we went to was checking me out and eyefricking me >tfw the Food israelite and the Corn Syrup israelite are no longer in control
32. I've always been large for my age, though I'm not a total ball of lard. I have some muscle and a big frame. I remember weighing 260 when I graduated college. The next few years my weight crept up to the 290s, where I stabilized until I started losing weight.
>An actual legit tip is that you need to get comfortable with being hungry
The true redpill is that none of you fat fricks have ever experienced hunger. Not once in your life.
What you are feeling is an insulin spike that creates cravings for food. The only way you can get rid of it is by lowering your insulin spikes by not eating and when you eat you eat less sugar.
I've gone on several day long fasts and this ''hunger'' feeling never kicks in, it doesn't exist. Your body never goes ''hungry.'' When you run out of food in your stomach your body just starts breaking down the fat and uses that as fuel and you just continue on normally.
>feeling hungry.
Drink a lot more fluids. Water, coffee, tea, without lots of sugar/cream. This will help you feel fuller, and add fibrous foods like veggies and a small amount of fruit, which will also help you feel fuller. I can eat just a small meal during the day and drink water, tea, coffee and am perfectly fine until dinner.
the best tip i ever got was to actually start measuring the ingredients when cooking. if you're hungry and you're eyeballing how much pasta or potatoes you need to cook, you're going to add 50-100% more every time and i am not even kidding. if you're a type that doesn't like throwing food away, you
can get fat like that pretty easily
For me, my munchies are more of a desire for occupying my mouth > inb4 gay
So I stock up on salad stuff, or hummus with cucumbers and carrots, or apples with peanut butter
I love a lot veggies so that def helps
Sounds like you have a poo problem, I would address that first like
It was a time where white people could get away with voicing persons of color and portray them in the most stereotypical ways imaginable. Whatever standards were present in the 90's do not apply now.
It was a time where white people could get away with voicing persons of color and portray them in the most stereotypical ways imaginable. Whatever standards were present in the 90's do not apply now.
I've yo-yo dieted my whole life and if you don't know it yet then you should finally realize that being fat is just a side effect of food addiction to processed foods. You need to treat it as any other kind of addiction. These concentrated forms of sugar and carbs activate the reward system of your brain like any kind of street drug. Only eat whole foods (if you can't grow it or make it yourself then avoid it, including flour and sugar) avoid anything processed. Most fast food or processed foods have been chemically designed in a lab to be as addictive as possible. Heart disease is the number one killer in America but the food industry has free reign to continue making food addicts out of everyone which is why 2/3rds or more of Americans are obese today. I hope one day Americans will wake up and see the food industry for the evil that it is and get everyone back to eating whole foods.

She makes constant excuses about how “women can’t lose weight the way men can”, will sign up for free fitness classes and either cancel last minute or push herself until she throws up in class (it’s happened twice now). shit I remember I joined this biking class and went regularly for a while, then stopped doing it for some reason, and when I went back to my usual speeds, I ended up throwing up all over the bathroom (didn't make it in time). Never went back to that class, never pushed myself lifting weights ever again. Stopped lifting weights entirely the next year.
239 is still comically obese to me.
6ft1 and around 190 most of my life. Came close to 220 a few times but sorted that shit out. Whole senpai are fat with health problems. They all tell me I'm too skinny but I don't really listen to fatties when it comes to health.
If homer is average height at 5'10 then that would be like 80 pounds overweight. I am 6'0 and weighed 240 at one point and I was fat as frick. I wore 2xl shirts and had like a 44 inch waste. That's huge!
I was 6'1 and 200 got down to 175 and felt amazing, then went all the way to 205 because of alcohol.
I cut alcohol for a month and have been eating one big meal a day with some snacks and I can feel myself losing the weight. Looking noticeably skinnier using this method

Dudes, when you get older it's so fricking difficult keeping the weight off. Each 5 years I feel I add 10lbs to my base weight, and I don't change my diet much.
It's down to stress in my opinion, I had a super stressful job, drank everyday and ate shit. Then I quit, did a 4 month cycling tour and lost 35 lbs.
Back to working again, lots of sitting and eating shit. Back to 50 lbs heavier.
Shit really sucks when your clothes don't fit properly, you look shit, super self conscious.

how tall are you

You have reached the threshold where you need a bidet to clean your fat ass.
Everyone should be using a bidet no matter what their weight is.
i use baby wipes or i put soap on a wet paper towel at work. i don't get how people can walk around with a crusty butthole
Yeah I use wipes. Cus I just don't see how a stream of water will clean my ass (it won't. If the food you eat has oils how is water alone going to remove that)
Bidets does NOT clean you properly.
mine cleans even the worst peanut butter shit out of my butthole you liar
I don't believe this
why do I give a frick what you believe? enjoy your shit crusted butthole anon
Oh yeah? Prove it, post pics of butthole homosexual.
only if you promise to jerk off to them
Some 'expert' made news the other day saying that wiping is not the way to go.
Using a bidet right now, the happiest my butthole has ever been
We are all going to make it.
these things don't actually work
i used a nice one and despite it spraying my ass, there was still plenty of shit when i wiped right after
How. I got to 250 and started having problems with diabetes, hipertension and all that fun stuff, moreover I felt like a piece of shit. How can you even put 100 more pounds and just now start to feel bad.
probably genetics. everyone on my mom's side is fat, and she has like 10 siblings
poor genetics
Genetics have nothing to do with being fat.

you don't die of fat until you're in your 50s or older, you just go on a dozen medications and have awful quality of life

could change your diet try fasting
Google ancient grains. Yes it’s carbs but it processes much slower than flour or corn.

Start your meals by eating vegetables. They're not calorie dense. They're going fill you up without overshooting your calorie budget.
If you don't like vegetables, experiment and try to find ones you like. Use seasoning, olive oil (within reason), garlic.
After you're done with your veggies you will be much less hungry for the more calorific foods like starches.
i make food prep bowls where everything's mixed together.
Been making this alot, replacing the veggies with some peas. Makes 4 servings

I'm still fat because I eat just as much whole food and crave it more than anything. Could eat a whole pot of beef stew.

Rule is,you are fat if you cant see your dick because of your stomach.
You are fat 50kg before you reach that point, fat frick
If you can't see your abs at all, you're fat
>anything around 239 is UNDER obesity
So what is considered SKINNY weight?
under the bmi i guess
Reminder this was how much Jazz weighed at the peak of >her obesity arc
>Was 350 a few years ago
>Now down to 25
You can do it anons
>Now down to 25
Seems a little drastic to me.
