I always thought the Khajiit in Skyrim looked fine. Honestly, out of all the games Bethesda has had a hand in, I think Skyrim looks the best. I don't find the models in Skyrim all that offensive.
They look fine for 2011 standards but they're warped and fricked up in a lot of ways, they mainly have some really weird chins and cheekbones the longer you stare at them
Skyrim had the most cohesive visual philosophy out of any of the games yeah, graphically it was weak even when it came out but it managed to make up for it with its overall art direction. That being said, while they're probably the most-passable Khajiits to date they're still not great. Given Bethesda's recent performance I have absolutely zero hope for TES VI so that's probably the best we're gonna get too.
