        how would that ruin it?
Haven't you seen the dingus and fingus pic?

        More like
        >more dykes
        >animating zuko being cucked
        >more retcons
        >the ooc comic characters
        >trying a azula redemption(50 50 succes honestly)
        >just anything with the comics
        >anything with korra(high chance of failure)

The only saving grace they have are the Tumblrinas In their thirties or the redditors who make the shittiest content imaginable(picrel), but the general public won't like their content, and go back to whatever else they were doing.

          >the general public won't like their content, and go back to whatever else they were doing

Yeah, outside of that demographic of older fans and other stunted adults that consist of twitter/tumblr users. These guys are in for a rude awakening when they find out that actual kids just arent into this shit anymore. I look forward to seeing the projects underperform and what excuse bryke will come up with to distance themselves from another sinking ship project

            >These guys are in for a rude awakening when they find out that actual kids just arent into this shit anymore.
They probably aren't just aiming for kids but a more general audience like what Star Wars and Marvel is doing.

As the other anon said, they likely aren't going for kids anymore and are trying to get a marvel/star wars audience. The problem lies in their own faith and most importantly, watchtime, writing quality, and sales.

These factors I believe will be destructive to avatars survival

Watchtime, because the new audience will be generation z, of which has a low attention span and will lose interest quickly

Writing quality, because bryke have shown themselves to be less than capable writers.Shown with the blunder called korra and the comics. It's not long until they make a large slip-up where it's not just Cinemaphile and Cinemaphile calling out their shit writing.

Sales, think about it, while the Avatar ip is popular, the only way it can now make money is through paying to stream it through its respective streaming platform along with supplementary comics and art books(or something of that nature). The only people who watch it now are stunted adults and tumblrinas who never grew out, and they likely won't be buying any toys anytime soon, and zoomers have other things to worry about. I don't believe it's long before paramount or whoever pulls the plug becuase the ip becomes a drain

                You've got it completely wrong.
The stunted adults and the tumblrinas will be buying a frick ton of toys, have you ever met those people?
They have shelves of toys for whatever IP they like the most.

            >These guys are in for a rude awakening when they find out that actual kids just arent into this shit anymore
I think that's why they're trying for a live action Avatar movie first.
If they made it live action, they could get a new audience of more adults watching the story for the first time.
That way they will have new momentum to relaunch Avatar as a brand.

misunderstand what made the original series great, with a bit of woke sprinkling on top. just like korra.

The main thing would be if they can't capture the characters as well in the movies as they can in the show.
TLoK showed us that Bryke are not good at actually writing character drama. They are more world building and action people.
Without the character arcs and the strength of the cast the original show would not have been good. It would only have been an interesting curiosity.
So if these movies have characters more like TLoK and less like A:TLA, then the whole project would have failed.

Also they could run out of money and have to scrap the whole thing if the economy turns to a recession/depression like is now predicted.

I think that's just a promotional image, and the background is just supposed to be reminiscent of the Great Wall of China to drive home the Oriental aspect.
