John Walker and Bucky are developed enough. Rest on the other hand are another story, especially MCU taskmaster because they had to take special effort to frick that one up.
The fact they brought back Scarlett widow as taskmaster again says it's doa.
Should Frank join up?
Having Walker and Bucky on the same team was already pretty redundant, but it could've worked since there's the whole dynamic they already have where Bucky would be hesitant to believe he could redeem himself but has to give him a chance on account of ya know the whole Winter Soldier thing. Plus Bucky has a robot arm so it's kinda (not really) different whatever. Add Yelena sure, okay, whatever, because she's not a super soldier and the whole Black Widow schtick is still unique if you play up the spy shit instead of just making her slav girl John Wick. Ghost has actual powers that aren't just "I punch real good" so she's a good choice to help round out the team's abilities. Red Guardian is just completely redundant, he brings nothing to the table other than having history with Yelena, bad choice. Taskmaster is the most baffling inclusion because besides being redundant as a powerset (pretty much just Black Widow+Captain America but with autism) but it's a horrible take on a beloved character that literally nobody liked. Why bring that back?

Unfortunately there aren't really a lot of choices for other characters to include who have already been introduced. Abomination would've been a good choice, and for all the moronic shit in She Hulk that show did already get having him reformed out of the way. Hawkeye would've been another good choice to have someone with a different gimmick at least but they were already phasing him out before he got truck-kun'd, and Kate doesn't fit the theme.
Hell, crack-pick that would never happen, but go ham and just throw Vulture in there.
Red Widow is going to be the mini villain in this film.

I used to be a pretty big Thunderbolts fan as a kid, but later I realised that I just liked Zemo, and jerked off to Moonstone a lot. No!SKWAD is trash. That said, I'll watch it because I'm one of the few unironic Sentrygays, and I want to see Bob. I hope they keep him around too, as I'm glad the Korean dropped out and we got a proper casting. Sentry has tons of potential, but this is a weird place to put him in so I'm worried about his future. But yeah, Sentry's the only reason I'll watch this boring, trite, nothingburger of a flick.

Zemo and Hammer together as the Stark replacement, Hammer as the tech guy and Zemo as the expendable dude they send out to use his shit. Ross is obviously their Fury, and Elaine is Maria Hill.
The only marvel movie I’m excited to see at this point is deadpool 3. Nothing else looks or sounds good from marvel.
I think we're in a period where they just don't care and let the diversity hires run the show.
