Eh, you've always got the big ones like Yatsurugi, the Dogengers crew and Ibaliger with a decent English attach base and there's growing groups like the Nasuriger suite and Beat Fighter ACE. The real barrier to entry is that a lot of the scene is indie-adjacent so if they aren't active on Youtube, all of their promotion is locked to JP only Twitter but from experience they're really open to overseas interest.
