A good 70% of the coom factor came TMS animation and the characters being drawn shapely.

Tiny Toons already had it's run. It was funny, well animated and at times, very sexy. Why would I want to watch a watered down, sub-par version made by today's social justice warrior standards?
Tiny Toons has never been that popular. Many agree the old show is only decent during certain segments with certain characters. And Babs and Buster are obnoxious because they are a duo of a Gary Stu and Mary Sue. So why would a reboot with cheaper everything become a success over an original idea? There you go.
