The turtles having human friends with actual personality and character. Since the premise is the turtles getting separated I’d like to see them with their own squads that they bounce off better with.
>they are forced to go into hiding and never go back to school
yes, please. I'm worried the sequel's gonna focus on them being in highschool way too much
I have a feeling this is what is going to happen, minus Splinter dying. I'd rather have April being the one killed to give it actual stakes. Killing Splinter has been done to death, and it was already done in 2012.
>Saw it over the weekend, thought it was good. It's getting a show and a sequel.
Pretty sure the movie just a pilot for a show that had a slightly increased budget.
>What do you wanna see from them?
Their job's termination
Which one is the girl turtle?
>What do you wanna see from them?
Gay Raphael.
Casey.
Raphael x Casey
>Paramount +
Don't hold your breath on that one.
I'd like to see the TMNT get a few years break and then be put into the hands of a creative team that actually likes the series for what it is.
>for what it is
And that is…?
A series about a family of cool ninja mutants fighting ninja gangs, alien warlords, other mutants, and sometimes going to space or time travelling.
That's just every version of the franchise including this movie.
The operative word is "cool" and this movie is painfully uncool.

For the turtle to not be black coded.
the show (Tales of the TMNT) is gonna be about each of the 4 brothers going on their own separate adventures. im okay with that, i guess

this anon pretty much nailed what the sequel should/will be
Lot of effort to unfrick the shit set up by the mediocre movie. May as well just reboot it again.

I want a version of tmnt that is just this
