The meme is already dead, people are getting annoyed after less than a day.
Twitter and Tik Tok in particular suck at making long lasting memes because they move too fast. Here, discord, and even le reddit can get years before a meme goes stale because they typically move a lot slower and people are largely meming just to meme rather than an active effort to get in on the new viral thing, in turn without everyone immediately jumping on the natural traction typically allows the joke to take new forms and variants as more creative people jump in.
TikTok in particular has it the worst because the best way to kill a meme is to have it be something people only do for likes and the fact they're also chasing an algorithm ensures that everyone is gonna jump onto the exact same meme at once.
Reddit also makes memes go stale quicker due to the upvote chase
Depends on the meme but Reddit typically takes a few weeks to months while Twitter and TikTok take days to a week. See, the Batman Arkham meme took months for the larger internet to start getting sick of it, though that's partially because their jannies had a negative reaction to it which gave it a massive second wind and it was pure nonsensical shitposting which people adapted to their own fandoms.
