Its just the Raimi goblin. I had no idea USM even existed anymore. Is it the designated refugee camp for Peter Parker once Miles takes over? I know he was created in USM, but I assume gay universe hopping shit happened.

It's a new ultimate universe. Basically instead of being bitten at 15 this Peter is bitten when he's married and has a family with MJ.
