Yep, some of us speculated that was the case when Cutter repeated those words of hers to Duane earlier. Obviously Cutter saw it as negative. Tittybird might mean it as the opposite. Is Mikaela's coat supposed to fuel his rage at the Queen or make him go full papawolf mode?
It's hard to say, because we haven't really discovered if Tirna's hatred of the spiderpaws was reported correctly or if the victors got to write the history. We are about to find out.

Queenie's ultimate plan probably involves crashing the Dhammakhert to let the March take over Alderode; Lady I probably wants that to happen for some reason.
I still think her plan is to basically reverse engineer that Etelarche curse but make an anti-hate virus, the opposite of the Etelarche curse. She's talked about how she doesn't want to destroy Alderode, she just wants the war to stop, so I could see her infecting Alderode with a virus that just makes them pacifist or at least just done with fighting with Cresce.
I don't think it was anything that benign. And this war she wants to stop was started by science b***h and her squad infiltrating Alderode and getting involved in the civil war. "I'm going to start a war to gain the key to stop the war" is nonsensical. She wanted to do something permanent and probably harmful to Alderode, she was willing to align with literal monsters to achieve it, and she might have almost said what it was to Ufal a couple of pages ago. Knowing her though, that almost confession is more likely to have been something she did in Cresce than anything about Alderode.
She's made it clear multiple times that she just wants the war to end. She isn't out to destroy Alderode, she just wants all the fighting and loss of Crescian life to end. If she were out to actively harm Alderode, I think she would have been more likely to confide in Bell, who was looking for a bloodbath.
She even says something in her first appearance about how she's been thinking about the wisdom of conceding or something along those lines.
We saw alderoide in flames in the vision bird breasts showed her. Something tells me in her c**tiest move yet, she was showing duane the future that was going to happen due to the actions the party make.
If anything, the most peaceful alteration she'd make would be subjecting the Dhamakhert towers to the Etelarche curse.

Sette is basically the only reason none of them have died yet. There was a giant red snake monster that was in the elevator only to be yeeted out of reality by Sette.
I think this is obviously less about the queen and more about her controlling Duane for whatever reason. He's dangerously close to showing some growth here and a less easily led Duane is probably worse for her plans.

We don't know her full plan, it probably doesn't just stop with "get out of the Khert". she seems determined to have Duane back in Alderode, and the situation there probably depends on whether the Queen dies, which would massively change the direction of the war.
