It seems like a lot of petty drama. Stupid office politics, dumb/unfair judgement calls from management; this is a part of almost all workplaces unfortunately, broadcasting your complaints online like this screams immaturity. For truly severe things it makes sense, but this doesn't seem super justifiable. Their accusations don't show a lot of proactivity either, e.g. simply confronting Viv and Sam about their behavior.
They also don't seem to have a lot of business awareness. They're obsessed about what the production was doing for them or their careers, but weren't very concerned about their role on a very delicate, risky to pursue project. One propped up by a fairly new form of funding, with a style of content not already prevalent in the industry, with a fairly inexperienced director and team, where the contributions of individual members could potentially make or break everything.

Like, it's fine if she really wanted some big name guy all along and saw the chance to get him now that she has studio backing, but given all the time Michael and the other pilot cast members put into promoting her show, it's really shitty of her to not even acknowledge their departure.
When everyone was losing their shit after the NDAs expired, it was the voice cast that did damage control for her; all Viv had to do was spend a few minutes typing out a tweet that said she understood why the fans were upset, that she valued the hard work and enthusiam the original cast put into her show, that she knows the pilot would not have been as succeful if it wasn't for their involvement, and emphatically ask that the fans give the new cast a fair chance.
That's it, that's all she had to do.
Instead she kept quiet and continues to give the impression that she views (admittedly, lesser known) voice actors as disposable talent.
I don't like Viv, but I've worked with one of the cast members from the pilot on other projects, from what they could tell me it had nothing to do with dropping them for celeb talent.
It was 100% due to the studio refusing to employ anyone not affiliated with the VA guild or whatever it is called. It was basically out of everyone's hands.
Now if she used this chance to replace any of the pilots with way more famous actors I wouldn't be shocked, but you typically want affordable main cast members so that would be a really dumb decision
If I'm being honest I know more than a few of the Pilot VA's are people who have known Viv since she came to LA and have been making a ton of side income off just signings and other character related stuff so I can see them staying loyal just because they only work with her in a limited capacity and it is a very sweet gig
I think all of this is stupid but after reading through all of the accounts I think everyone involved are idiots and brought most of this on themselves, but the way Viv and this Sam chick are consistently described leads me to believe they are terrible people to work with who probably do treat anyone not sucking their metaphorical as trash
But multiple VA's that got dropped were a part of the SAG, I doubt we're ever really going to know unless the whole production blows itself apart with controversy. All the details are locked behind NDA's and corporate red tape that'll probably never see the light of day.

Out of genuine curiosity, are there any ex-employees of Vivzie's that have spoken well about how they were treated? It seems to me that, so far, what's negative and what's positive in regards to working for her are mutually exclusive between ex-employees and current employees, which I have to admit, I find mildly suspicious.
