The creator didn't have any direction for the comic. He had no idea what he was doing and struck gold, then couldn't recreate it again and gave up. It's literally just a case of a guy who never made a webcomic before going into new territory then giving up when his ideas which weren't even cemented in the first place not working out
I just don’t get why he went through so many hoops for years on end to make it difficult for anyone to read his work when he could’ve just saved himself the headache by saying something akin to “sorry guys, but I can’t work on the comic anymore, thanks for reading” and leave the comic alone and move on, instead of the ridiculous tug-of-war he inflicted on himself.
He should delete this comic while he's at it

What he should have done was try to develop it before trying to share it with everyone else
It's the mistake all amateurs make, even if you came up with a cool concept and are really excited to share it without working on it you are going to burn yourself fast and become disappointed or disappoint the readers
If there is one tip for new artists is work on your shit, even when you think it came out right still work on it and do it again. S real pro can design 20 alternatives for a character and they all look good it's not enough to luck out and make one good drawing

He should have just done new characters entirely, but he was trying to coast off of Voihon's popularity. He still is, actually, Veibon still has components of it. He needs to let go of it if he's not going to bother putting the work in without sperging out about the mildest criticism

The main run was what got more eyes on Voihon for a good reason, I wish the story had the chance to reach an inciting incident and branch out the setting more before the author decided to stamp his feet and break his toys

It would have been so great to watch this fricker struggle but it's genuinely a hard setting to write, the cast is small and ultimately it was wordswordswords
It would have worked better like blame with setpieces and a lot of having the characters walk around a bizarre setting like bluevoi never got a clear goal what if his goal was getting himself a body or finding the true creator of the world or why not both?
I guess the way it was written for the 2nd version, it'd literally just be Towdi breaking into his house constantly and trying to get Teff out of Voihon, then Teff being moronic and letting greeners in like in Mein Teff
