They should have T'Challa's body get destroyed and he's forced to possess Killmonger's corpse, which is still unnaturally intact because he consumed the magic flowers in Part 1.
They should just retcon the bad guy in that movie being dead in the first place and just give him a redemption arc. The character was very popular with blacks and Jordan has starring appeal sufficient for the role.

According to the leaks people are looking for vibranium near Mayan Atlantis with a device invented by this black girl tech wiz Iron Man knock off called Ironheart, and Namor wants her dead. She went to that magnet school or whatever it was that T'Challa opened in Harlem at the end of Black Panther so she goes to Wakanda to seek asylum, when the Wakandans won't give her up Namor declares war. Seems a bit convoluted.
