The creators. How much do you know about the gentry? You know, fairies? Everyone knows that they can't create art. Everything they try to paint or whatever just looks weird to us humans even if it was an exact copy of an existing work you know and love. This is because they don't have a soul and they cannot impart anything of themselves into the work. You must have a soul to create something soulful.
All episodic tv is kino.

Formulaic plot so it's familiar, like big mac with milk shake replaced by the latest soda flavors
And that is why it's as good as it is? Familiarity?
Me and my friends used to make movies and we made one called Walker Forest Ranger and long story short we started a small fire in patch of woods and we weren't allowed to film kinos for a while.
Walker was cool and all but (pic related)
This what? Was better? Worse?
It's peak 90s tv-movie kino, based on a story written by Chuck and his Brother. Used to only be available on dvd but a hd-webrip appeared online a year or two ago.
Haven't seen that, so can't say.
> Roger Ebert of the Chicago Sun Times, gave it three out of four stars and called it "a well-made action film that tantalizes us with its parallels to real life." Vincent Canby of The New York Times wrote that it "will be the 1986 film all others will have to beat for sheer, unashamed, hilariously vulgar vaingloriousness.
Let’s just say Chuck Norris jumps thru a lot of windows. It’s fun.
Nice I'll check it out one of these days
> Using the name "Jimmy Testa
I haven’t seen it, is as good as Delta Force?
There is an episode where a psycho kidnaps a school bus, drives them into a ditch he had pre-dug, starts burying them alive, in the bus, all while a tornado is approaching.
It has soul because its like that Onion bit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iIY5b1JMvGs
> On July 15, 1976, in Chowchilla, California, three armed men hijacked a school bus. They abducted the driver and 26 children, ages 5 to 14, and imprisoned them in a truck trailer buried in a quarry in Livermore, California. The bus driver and children managed to escape before the kidnappers could issue their ransom demands. All of the victims survived but many suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder.
The kidnappers intended to use ransom money from the kidnapping to restore the Victorian Rengstorff House in Mountain View, California.
The kidnappers were caught, convicted and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. An appellate court overturned the finding of bodily harm. Subsequently, the kidnappers were resentenced to life with the possibility of parole. The incident led to major changes in California laws regarding bodily injury and psychological trauma.
By 2022, all three kidnappers had been paroled.
