I just got procreate dreams, if you have an ipad and an apple pencil it is literally the most easy animation program i’ve ever used and it’s only 20 bucks

Really just try it if you can’t start animating using it look for a different hobbie because this is not for you

Sounds like a dating sim that turns into a child-raising sim halfway through

Unironically at this point give up. There's a certain point where things just become unobtainable, and is a wakeup call to start thinking of achieving another goal. Animation is not worth your time, if your time isn't enough for animation. Learn drawing instead and get good at drawing still art instead.

I would like op to at least try it but you are probably right i have a feeling even if OP learns to draw he is not gonna have the patience for animation

Or maybe he is just like all those youtubers that always claim they totally wanna be an animator but in reality they are just idea guys that wanna be showrunners but never even put any effot into learning how to make a script

I am investing time and effort on drawing, it's just discouraging to hear people say I'm never gonna amount to anything sometimes, maybe they're right. I have no real talents so I considered trying to learn a skill

What I learned in my honestly too many years on this shit ass board, is that - once you start to post about it, in any circumstance; you are expecting a response in the form of the thing you are complaining about to magically cast a spell on you, letting you do the thing immediately. There's no definition, or mention of merit, motivation, or discipline from it. Cinemaphile at this point is a therapist, not a coach.

blame marxists, download AI programs, click generate until you have a bunch of garbage, spam threads with it, and then accuse anyone that argues against you of being transgender.

start small, get better at your drawing...OR at least good enough to convey the script you write. Download and pay for adobe animate and learn slowly from youtube videos how to make what you wanna make.

This is exactly what I frickin' did and now I draw vampires raping people with fruit and rednecks getting their peckers mashed...

Also I was also an artistic guy who drew in his high school years only to give up in my early twenties...then dive back in during my mid twenties......

this is what i've been able to do, so you can too

Nah. You don't have to do all that.
If you want to ANIMATE, you don't have to draw, you can delve into stop motion and only have to pay for a camera depending on how highquality the picture you want it to be. Also Dragonframe is just a one time purchase (and really you can just use about any video editor cause it is a collection of pictures, flipnote has that capability.)

Don't fall into the endless pit of adobe. If you don't think you'll make it as an animator, don't waste a bunch of money (and time trying to get out of stupid monthly plans).

Start animating now anon. The best time to start is ten years ago and the second best is today. Is not like you're going to have more time later or like it will get easier by waiting
