I’ve been doing everything alone for the last few years
I take singing lessons, I go out to stores, I go the park, I go to restaurants, I go to bars. Alone. I don’t even know how to have friends anymore, and I’ve completely forgotten what it’s like to have a girlfriend. It’s too late for me, I’m afraid. I find myself unable to connect with anyone, male or female, on a personal level.
I’m taking some dance classes starting next month but I’m not expecting much from them.
Same here fren, same. I feel as though I am completely divorced from the reality other people have, which would've helped in connecting with them and being friends.
I dont see that happening anytime soon.
I got stares last time I mentioned that I go to the theater alone. Is that really bad? Is there something wrong with me if I buy a single ticket, sit down, and enjoy a night at the theater on my own?
>going to theater in 2024
holy cringe people STILL do this?
I would get second hand embarrassment driving by and looking at that type of consumerist that finds newer movies worth paying for in the theater.
What's the point even of watching it with someone? You just sit there in silence not even acknowledging the other's there
It only makes sense if you do something afterwards like go for dinner where you can talk about the movie
If you just want to see the movie, go watch it
I don't see the point of going to the cinema unless there's a movie specifically about sound effects like homosexualheimer. High-quality TVs are affordable nowadays, and at home I can do whatever I want while watching the movie.
A found a movie fren a year ago. I was supposed to see a movie with my sister but she couldn’t make it so I just approached a random person who was loitering around and said I had an extra ticket. We saw a few movies together after that
I'm too young to go to the movies alone. If I don't get any friends within the next five years then I'll just concede and go alone, but I still believe I can change that.
My friends keep inviting me to go to the theatre with them but I just don't want to go, I haven't been to one since covid. It's so fricking overpriced and filled with loud morons that browse their phone all the time. I still meet up with them very frequently so it's not a big deal.
>get 1 ticket
>get exact middle of theater
>cargo shorts full of dollar store candy
yep, it's kino time
based
It would be nice to have friends. But most people are insufferable morons.
There is nothing wrong with having a solitary kino experience. Life is short, anon. Just go for it.

>he's afraid of visiting the local theatre alone
cringe
Not afraid, but i wont be able to enjoy it alone.
Why not?
why? are you talking during the film?
do you need a strong man to hold your hand?
going to the theatre is for normies. frick that shit.
I'd honestly rather sit home and sneedpost
look at this insecure homosexual that can't enjoy things by himself
enjoying movies alone is great

I meant it's too embarrassing to go alone, not that I'm 12 years old.
Nobody really cares if you go alone or not. Watching kino in the theatre was always meant to be a solitary experience.

I don't even go to the theatre anymore, there isn't even slop to watch anymore, much less kino. Everything is trash.
What do you mean? New monsterslop just released
