            Holy shit please get a clue.

            Yes genetics determine how much muscle you can put on your frame and certain attributes of your muscles (i.e. bicep inserts, wide back, where fat is stored), but if you actually work out and eat properly you can bulk.

            Without steroids it will take a long time and the results will be hard to notice at first, but genetics have nothing to do with it. It's 100% down to your diet and your consistency.

            Here are some basic bulking tips
            >Best to start a bulk from a lean state, 10-15% bodyfat
            >Eat in a caloric surplus. Figure out your body's base metabolic rate, how many calories you burn in a typical day, and eat 5-10% more than that total.
            >Progressive overload. Train your muscles to fatigue. Make sure you feel a pump when you leave the gym.
            >Consistency is the most important aspect. Do worry about doing things in the most "optimal" way as long as you have a routine you can easily stick to. Keep cheat days few and far between.
            >Sleep more. This is what no one will tell you when getting started. Make sleep a priority. If cutting out some gaming/TV time means getting a full 8 hours, do it.

          you're moronic. literally all you people. you waste way too much time thinking about this shit. it's just calories in, calories out. if you're fat eat less, eat a salad, drink coffee. if you're skinny eat all the time every time, don't eat salads. it's really fricking simple. making it complicated sets people up for failure.

      nice exaggeration. i bet they work manual labor jobs and even if they dont they definitely do some sort of physical activity they just don't tell you because that's none of your business. i don't tell people i lift unless they ask but it's already ovbious i lift so i never get asked that to begin with.

      you have to diet for like 2 years straight bud. you can try to make it faster by min maxing everything though and most people are lazy to correctly track it. so yeah 2 years of dieting the lazy way (not counting correctly). you would have to drop to around 12% bf if your gut is the actual last place you will lose fat there but i doubt it. 12% is bottom line of healthy bf before it starts to be unhealthy the lower you go.

    No. Natural lifters can only gain 10lbs of lean muscle mass on average. 20lbs if you really gifted and dedicated. It takes 2-5 years to reach "natty limit".
