I liked him.
He was okay, not bad, it's just mainly the killing Zog thing that could have been avoided
They pulled that card way too early, same with Supe's death and revival. That was the DCEU's biggest flaw: rushing stories to catch up to Marvel.
He just had a bad director and was working with a bad script. Hopefully his Warhammer turns out okay.
He could have been. But he was terrible in Snyder's movies, with no fault of his own. I mean he only got around 30 lines of dialogue total in BvS, Cavill can't do anything about the awful scripts that mainly have him be a mopey objectivist.
Here's hoping he pulls an Andrew Garfield in a few years and does a version of the character people love for nostalgia's sake.
He couldn't act worth shit. People love to mock Gadot's awful acting online but ignore that Cavill was equally as bad.
would have been better if he had more control over the character.
When he and Snyder argued over Superman Snyder challenged him to a pushup contest which he lost
He sounds like he wouldn't raise a gay.
>peter's a cuck
lel
MJ is certainly with Paul, an ordinary man with no special abilities or powers but somehow manages to bully Peter.
Instead Snyder's plan was to have him raise Lois and Bruce's son.

Excuse me.
Best since Christopher Reeve.
Funny joke anon.
I'm laughing at you, not with you.
No but he had the potential to be.
I like Cavill, but I preferred Routh. He had the baby-faced hardass thing down better.
Routh was crippled by shit writing; Cavill wasn't (Zod death notwithstanding), therefore Cavill takes it.
Him no-selling a minigun round to the eye was harder than anything Cavill did.
Routh definitely was a great choice for Superman and his take as the Kingdom Come version in CWs CoIE was probably one of the best parts of the event
Bad as dark Superman, would have been good as action-comedy Superman.
Was he? No
Could he have been? Yes
