How many episodes have you seen? He knows when it's time to be serious about something and he's not like Jim Carrey or anything where he's constantly trying to make people laugh to the point it becomes insufferable. For the most part he's just a normal kid that's leaned into comedy. Based on his trajectory over the series I see him growing out of a desire to do comedy.

If he the tiniest of reasons to suspect Bobby was his son he'd be over every day wanting to see Bobby, he'd drop hints to Bobby like he could call him "Dad" if he wanted and he'd almost certainly spill the beans at some point, possibly through behaviour or something like throwing it in Hank's face if Hank had inadvertently hurt his feelings and insisting Bobby was his son and it's not fair that he can't raise him.
