More like a plot hole. Also they completely butchered Drax' character, previously he was kind of goofy but they turned him into a millenial humor generator
the only plot hole i noticed upon watching was peter doesnt use his helmet for some gay ass reason, which after some online digging was basically a middle finger to disney from gunn so i forgave it. not sure what plot hole youre referring to but its easily ignored
The movie continued on longer than it needed to after the emotional climax. So much so I turned it off after the final baddy fight and didn't even care to watch the happy heroes scene that came after the big bad showdown.
I caught the middle a while back and it seemed okay, the villain was interesting to watch in the one scene I saw.
Saw the last 15-10 minutes the other day with the Florence and the Machine song. Ugly sappy trash.
He had to give some character closure, there probably won't be another GOTG, and both Drax and Gamora said they're not playing those characters again.

How anybody thought this would appeal to anybody other than israelites and Arabs and Chinks is beyond me. Every other culture has empathy toward animals.
The only people that could call it torture porn is those who got off on it. Barely anything is shown, it's mainly implied. Lol and it was a black man doing it. They didn't even try to make his character likable or sympathetic, at all.
>Introduce a frickton of characters >Push a frickton of side characters >"he's behind me isn't it type humor" >No send off to the franchise, everyone except rocket is basically an afterthought >Despite dealing with body horror and such the movie refuses to have a serious scene last over 2-3 minutes without some moronic millenial joke >Ending is literally the guardians just saying "alright I'll bounce" >Gammorah being in this movie at all was completely pointless >They ditched the cool outfits they had in the previous movies for some gay jumpsuits >There may or may not be an among us reference in it >The soundtrack was a clusterfrick
>Gammorah being in this movie at all was completely pointless
She really was, Quill's plot about getting over her didn't need her around at all, there's not enough time to evolve her into anything, she barely does anything of note some other character couldn't have done. They brought her back to life just for this movie, the actress is done, they could have just left her dead from IW. >The soundtrack was a clusterfrick
The only thing I liked was the use of We Care a Lot, which was amusing because the song is so sarcastic.

Honestly even the way she acted didn't make sense, she wasn't this giant b***h who was perfectly fine with everyone and everything dying even before she met Quill. As a whole Quill who is more or less the protagonist of the series was done dirty by this movie, he was a complete afterthought. Also where did his mask and rocket boots go?
>The only thing I liked was the use of We Care a Lot, which was amusing because the song is so sarcastic.
Yeah, they were some alright ones but the old soundtrack really complemented what's happening on screen, this time around is seems like James Gunn just dumped some random spotify playlist he had lying around
>she wasn't this giant b***h who was perfectly fine with everyone and everything dying even before she met Quill.
I don't remember when they yanked her from in Endgame, but I assumed it was well before she'd really even started to turn on Thanos. In the first GOTG she's already there. Just assumed she was a bigger b***h previous, she was going around with him genociding. >he was a complete afterthought
He's the only one that's coming back anytime soon, at least that's what was implied. But yeah, combined with the Gamora storyline the lack of focus kind of shafts him >where did his mask and rocket boots go?
Did he use them at all in this? I don't remember. No idea.
>He's the only one that's coming back anytime soon, at least that's what was implied. But yeah, combined with the Gamora storyline the lack of focus kind of shafts him
Hope not Guardians of the Galaxy was the only MCU thing I was remotely interested in and I was hoping GOG 3 would be a decent conclusion
>Did he use them at all in this? I don't remember. No idea.
No, they just vanished? Which is convenient because at the end of the movie he almost dies doing something which he could've safely done in 10 seconds with the mask and boots on
it was good and undoubtedly better than all other current MCU fare. but was noticeably worse than the first two. The fun spark seems to have fizzled, everybody is very tired, and the soundtrack was uncharacteristically boring. It's marred by the the damage the Infinity War russo movies did to this trilogy's narrative. I feel bad for James Gunn having to say goodbye to these characters but it's for the best if Marvel is going to continue to degrade the property.
I don't know how you're even this generous. The entire organic space station part was completely extraneous. Adam Warlock was an unfunny joke, and only did anything anywhere near heroic because he had nothing else to do at that point.
It has some flaws but the characters are engaging and the ending is actually beautiful and poignant. It's Rocket's story but Nebula has the most uplifting character arc, and is the only fenale MCU character who hasn't been fricked up.
not sure, i attempted to watch it today and turned it off after 6 minutes when i found out i needed to watch the christmas special first
Don't forget the X-rated Rocket Raccoon official gay porn.
They moved into the giant severed head in space and got a dog.
Mantis and Peter are siblings
You're caught up
this
I watched it and ignored the christmas special, the sibling thing was the only confusing part.
i literally just found a christmas special happened this moment. the film was not even remotely hard to follow. you might actual be a literal moron
More like a plot hole. Also they completely butchered Drax' character, previously he was kind of goofy but they turned him into a millenial humor generator

it was trasho.
Not perfect, imo very good, divisive because "cheap heartstring pull animal abuse" but best MCU villain besides Thanos. Worth the watch.
true, they should have kept him around, pretty fun villain
He's still alive, apparently they took him to knowhere as a prisoner. But don't even mention it in the movie.
They could now have him in his classic red and silver metal mask and armour. There's a whole psychological reason for it now.

I still don't understand why they forgot Quill's supposed to wear his signature jetboots. Makes last scene dumb.
israeli animal torture porn
0/10
How anybody thought this would appeal to anybody other than israelites and Arabs and Chinks is beyond me. Every other culture has empathy toward animals.

Essential white man's pleasures

Maybe something happened to them in IW or Endgame I'm forgetting, or in the christmas thing I didn't watch. Or it's a plot hole for convenience.
Tbqh GotG3 alt Gamora is how GotG1 Gamora should have started, instead of her instantly being "Team Mom".
there was no amog us refertence lmaoooo. jesus frickin christ man touch grass
it was kino, marvel studios last.
It was not good, bar the Rocket parts.
Above average. Especially for the MCU.

how was it extraneous?
Felt like an after school special version of a guardians of the galaxy movie.
Kino.
