I'd say Rugrats and Thornberries more so than the show that dared to ask if maybe Doug's problem was being bland, boring, and ugly rather than just boring and ugly.
MLAATR was a pretty mediocre show and didn't get decent ratings at all, the only really solid thing about it was the art style. Yes I want to frick Jenny but the show itself was never popular outside of the porn.

Yeah out of all of these it's easily CatDog. Rocket Power had some really fun episodes, Doug was novel at the time, Wild Thornberrys is weirdly over-hated and has Nigel Thornberry elevating the whole thing, and the rest have pretty solid reputations. CatDog had like three good episodes and the rest was fricking SHIT.

Doug hate only became a thing in recent years, its worst sin is that it's just kind of boring compared to all the things it influenced. It's a comfy show and has a bunch of weird memorable shit that happens, it's just not particularly funny or interesting compared to stuff that came later like Hey Arnold or Recess.
