I really don't understand rogu or billy. They are both one note characters who's entire joke is that they are gross and to have the cast do this awful, 4th wall meta joke of "you hate him? Well we do to!" Kind of like the box ghost from Danny phantom or the toilet nator from KND. It was barely funny for an episode but to have them as regular characters just baffles me. Who actually likes these characters?

The thing is AD has too many side characters that are heavily focused on for numerous episodes (Buckle, Bullock, Lewis, etc.) only to be discarded in the TBS or later FOX seasons. Yes, we'll have a one-off dedicated to an old character (zombie Lewis) but otherwise. They only make background appearances. I miss Greg and Terry.
But...the plot of the episode showed that wasn't the case. Maybe if baby Roger randomly appeared as he felt that his help was necessary. It would have made more sense to your theory?
