Was this considered 'big' in the early 2000's? Why didn't actors work out hard for roles?

The Zuckerberg look was huge. Uggos were getting pretty women. Horrible time for females t b h.
is that the BZZT BZZZT robot guy from grandma's boy??
Just some uggo who gets to make out with Katy Perry because the nerd look was popular at the time.
no way. that's definitely him.
are you a male feminist?
How did he go from this to looking like a 70yo aids patient in die?
vaccine
this is literally the most realistic and attainable natty physique for a leading man in an action movie in 15 years
dude was like 36 when they filmed Casino Royale
they took so long to get filming started on the later movies that he was 50 by the time No Time to Die started filming
Quantum delayed them by four years to course correct. No Time to Die just seemed like a mess to get working and covid made things even worse. The Craig movies needing to pivot from a Bond just starting out to a Bond that was over the hill is hilarious to watch in sequence.
that's the biggest thing that annoyed the shit out of me in Skyfall
In Casino Royale he's a strong young reckless hot head which continued into Quantum
next movie comes out and the entire movie is about how he's an old dinosaur grandpa that needs to step aside
regardless of his real-world age, he's clearly meant to be like 35 in Casino/Quantum but for Skyfall it's like they aged him up with makeup to look 50
I mean just look at how he looked in 2015 for the Spectre press tour
dude looks nothing like that
Then they drag the dinosaur thing out for 3 films. It didn’t help that they gave Q and moneypenny far too much screen time. Bond films should be primarily focussed on bond. I remember Spectre feeling like a fricking scooby doo adventure towards the end.
Bongs age quickly.
His was the worst version of Bond by far, he played him like he was a pouting psychopath.
He's a good Bond, but the directors absolutely misused him. Watch Layer Cake and you'll understand Craig's potential. Casino Royale was quiet nice but everything else that followed was absolute trash.
this
NOT this
that's natty and good looking.
infact i would say a bit slimmer is the ideal.
look at native tribes
look at last of the mohicans
look at BBC pornstars
slim is best
>look at BBC pornstars
No.
Isn't he like 1.65m? He can play Putin in the inevitable biopic.
Try 178cm
Woah just like RDJ according to google.
RDJ is 174 and in some places listed as 172
He's way shorter than that.
He's wayyy shorter
That physique is
>Obviously natty
>Believable for his character's job
And that's all that matters.
I've been saying this for years, it's the body of an athlete with good cardiovascular health like a rugby player
dude is solid muscle but not shredded, which is completely realistic since staying at that bf% would be a pain in the ass in his line of work
No, not big. Very attractive but not big.
Fricking kys you autistic Cinemaphilegay moron. Take your adolescent body dysmorphia somewhere else and go take your troony drugs. Reminder no matter how much you train, you're still a mentally ill loser looking for validation on fricking Cinemaphile of all places
That's pretty good, decent legs too.
Because roid bodies look ridiculous. The 80s action stars were able to pull it off due to charisma, and even then most of them were noticeably smaller than they were on cycle (like arnold)
>most of them were noticeably smaller than they were on cycle (like arnold)
Oh good I'm not crazy. I was thinking about this recently, wondering why Conan Arnold doesn't look as big as Mr. Olympia Arnold.
with arnold's peculiar high volume, high frequency training style and considering how bodybuilders eat and drink (or DON'T eat and drink) during the weeks before a competition it would be impossible to maintain his peak shape while filming a whole movie (several months). arnold always makes a big deal about how the directors or producers forced him to lose muscle, warning him not to be "too big". but that's at most a half truth. Mr. Olympia only looks like that twice a year for a week or so.
If you're a spy I would assume the goal would be to be athletic, not some misshapen, chunky autistic Cinemaphile homosexual who only works glamour muscles.
Lucky dawg
If you think this isn't good enough you are mentally ill
If he trained for more than 4 months it's not very good results.
