In reality, AT and MLP both saved western tv animation from an untimely demise when networks were axing all their animation studios to make room for live action sitcoms and game shows.
I've never seen all the episodes, so starting from season 1 again. Damn early AT was fun. Jake is a perfect character for a cartoon, with his ability to change into just about any shape.
It's good, even though later seasons can be hit or miss
I feel like this show contributed towards ruining an entire generation. Rebecca Sugars is one of those people that believes self-control is “suppressing your feelings” and the impulsiveness of her characters when it comes to making emotional decisions shows this. None of the relationship dynamics in this show are healthy. The show’s “free” attitude about sex actually does more harm than good when applied to an actual life. Adventure time is for the oversexed hot topic prostitute with misshapen breasts and doc martens, the conniving pussy of a man who wears too many hoodies and has an out of place piercing. I applaud the show for depicting the “real” landscape of adolescent sexuality, but it offers no lessons. Just says everything is “ok” and to do as you feel.
I remember occasionally watching it during its first few seasons, and just not "getting" it. It mostly just felt like a show written with meme culture starring an annoying spastic kid constantly screaming his lungs out, all the while trying to be "deeper" than its art style suggested it would be.
Not only was it not good, it single handedly spear headed the death of western animation. Everything is shit now, and it’s all Pendleton Ward’s fault.

Better off dead than what we have now.
Too bad, CHADventure Time came here to stay
The show is not for Chads. It's by and for women.
Keep coping, this show mogs all of your cartoons and will continue to do so
Nope. My favorite cartoon, The Flintstones, will continue to be remembered long after your woman's cartoon will be.
>Muh Shitstones
That shit was barely even animated
Don't even try to compare your Honeymooners ripoff to AT
>It wasn't good because it led to things that were bad
moron. Gotg was good even though that led to every mcu movie being a quipfest
You can keep complaining about it, because CHADventure Time will keep mogging your shit
>good
no
>worth watching
absolutely
Yeah it was really good.
true
it had its ups and downs
decent, the rest is shitposters trying to bait
No, and neither are its derivatives. That's around when I stopped watching cartoons though. Although I still enjoy stuff from before that time period.
fail
No. Anything with queers is an immediate 1/10.
Get cucked, gay
Adventure Time was always great
what are you doing on Cinemaphile then?
It was good up until the FORCED lesbian shit
>forced
The first seasons were fun. After that it got really weird and kind of boring.
There were good episodes.
The larger arcs were meandering dogshit.
yeah
Overall, I rate it as one of the better children's cartoons. Yeah, it's good. I wouldn't go any stronger than that.

It was... autistic! I guess that's good depending on who you ask.
Who do you ask?
It was...an experience...
Adventure Time is the second best 2010s cartoon.
No

It WAS good, and then it stopped being good.
it was good and then it was bad briefly and then it was good again in a different way

Not really
