>watched all cute women and funny guys react to my favorite movies/scenes like forrest gump, leon the professional, lord of the rings, iron giant, sixth sense, american psycho, rambo's monologue from first blood, incredibles, tarzan, the prince of egypt, inception, etc.
>run out of reactions
>forced to watch a new movie
>start ready player one
>only make 20 minutes of progress a day because of how boring and stupid the movie is
fricking kill me jesus christ
i would really prefer it if you killed yourself
if you're going to wish something that horrible on someone then you should have the balls to do it yourself.
he's not the one who watch eceleb shit, why should he kill himself?
no i mean he should have the balls to kill someone instead of telling them to kill themselves. of course, i'm just making a point as all violence is wrong.
pajeets like OP were a mistake
lmfao
Try watching reaction to Attack on Titan reactions, that's what I'm doing.

Haylo & kiss
i dislike most of aot and i dislike studio cuck.
>i dislike most of aot
oh, well then your loss
forgot to mention i watched a lot of hxh reactions though.
yea they're pretty good.
you are the worst scum imaginable
reaction video watchers are worse than the people that make them
wtf can you chill? yea i'm not the best person but why be mean about that.
>Filmbuff
Dude made it to the VERY END of AoT and Vinland Saga and then just didn't finish them.
Absolute madman.
huh? I'm pretty sure he finished AoT
nvm I just went to check and you're right he never watched the final one
At first I thought he just didn't want to bother uploading, but the fact that he didn't even watch it is insane.
it's funny because he seemed enthralled by the show for the first few seasons. i never really watched his reactions because i think aot is a garbage series overall and is only good during marley, but i guess like a lot of people he just kinda lost interest.
I haven't watched the final 2 "episodes" of SnK either, but that's partially because of the beach scene being relentlessly memed for over a year before the anime finale
Death Note provides a lot of nice reaction video content
jesus.
Attack on Titan will forever be more overrated than Naruto or literally anime ever.
she can be a bit much
I only watch serb lesbian reactors
>serb lesbian reactors
link? I feel like I've seen them but they were kinda just O.O during the show and then barely any comments afterward like they were zoned out so I lost interest
you might mean the bulgarians from the homies. i think he's referring to lm reactions, who are pretty perceptive of the shows they watch.
Ooo yeah these aren't the ones I was thinking of. I'll give them a try. I remember liking Altered Carbon so I'll watch their playlist for it.
they're hxh videos are one of the handful of things I'm still following, my yt feed will be looking pretty grim once they're done with the show
>Ranking of Kings
>Black Sails
>HxH
>Invincible S2
Christ, can someone wake me up when they're actually watching something good again? Hope they never do another long hundred plus show like HxH again.
hxh is the only good - no, great - show they've watched. oh and mob psycho 100.
the endgame of all reaction channels that do anime is eventually doing all the big 500+ episode shonen shows since it's so lucrative and easy to manage
It's not them though, it's the homosexuals that suggest the most mainstream shit whenever the polls come up. It's one of the reasons tons of reactors end up reacting to the same shit. The polls and reactors seeing which movies/shows are popular from other channels and reacting to them too.
I don't think they'll ever get in to One Piece or Naruto for example.
I tuned out when the CA arc started and I remember how padded it was. If anything I'll check it out when they're done watching and just catch the highlights.
CA is definitely padded. it's unfortunate because i think it's otherwise fantastic. togashi completely halts the momentum on at least two, maybe even three occasions. first during the training arc with knuckle, second after they infiltrate east gorteau and screw around for like 15 episodes before they finally invade the palace, and third during the palace invasion where the youpi fight is dragged out and it keeps switching to the perspective of ikalgo the octopus instead of meruem, gon, etc.
i don't blame people for being annoyed by it. it's still my favorite arc in anime but if hxh was ever remade again, the director would absolutely have to trim some characters and exposition.
Palace Invasion in the manga is fantastic, would read it if you haven't, CA arc pacing issues are more apparent in the anime
black sails is god-tier
just a shame they're gonna be doing fricking HxH for the next 500 years
what women see in this shit show is beyond me
cute boys

love and friendship. women fricking LOVE strong friendships between males in fiction. this scene made them cry.
oh also they're on episode 122 on patreon so they're almost done with the series.
shota-stacies
the frick kind of hairline is this for a woman? b***h looks like she's partially bald with that enormous fivehead
I think israelites are more predisposed to hair loss.
I think I've been watching reaction videos for like 7 years now and the past year or two it's really bothering me, I don't watch them as often as I used to as I have a hard time stomaching them
parasocial relationships were such a mistake
>parasocial
how is this watching a reaction video any different from watching a movie? how is watching a youtuber any more of a friend simulator than watching frasier?
>how is this watching a reaction video any different from watching a movie?
it's just a much lower form of entertainment generally, I swear half of all reaction videos are someone just saying "oh wow" every few minutes, like you're an adult and you're watching this teletubbies bullshit
Watching a movie or show is watching a movie or show. Watching react videos is a desperate last-ditch attempt by your brain to feel some form of shared social experience.
It's why watching an okay movie at the theater then talking about it with your friends in the parking lot afterwards is usually more enjoyable than watching a great movie alone at home.
in both cases, movies and reactions, it is merely emotions displayed on-screen transferring to the viewer. when i go to cinema i dont watch them watching the movie
i still have an easy time watching them but i agree that they're a complete waste and it's unhealthy for me to watch them.
there's just something downright pathetic about chasing the high of a show you liked years ago, and then you go on to watch that show a dozen times vicariously through the lens of people who (I don't want to say faking it) are putting their social skills to good use for profit
>not aliens, rotj, rocky, total recall
ngmi
forgot to include rocky (mostly 1 since it's by far the best but the sequels have some good scenes)
aliens and the thing produce the best reactions. stuff where people go in smiling and joking but are worn out afterwards
>rocky
i've noticed like 95% of female reactors go nuts over the rocky adrian romance and can't get enough of it.
I this account comment on almost every upload of every major reaction channel. I have to wonder if they are bedridden.
any chance she sells her used panties?
man. omg do i hate america with a passion. Nixon was framed.
you could land a jumbo jet on that forehead
Get a life, all of you.
Now OP do you really believe these people have never seen any of those movies in their life? I want you to think about this for more than 5 seconds before you waste more of your life watching this slop
oh yea i'd bet like 99% of the reactions i've seen are "real" in the sense the reactor hasn't seen the movies before.
idk why you think this is hard to believe. i know plenty of people who have only watched a random small sample of movies. not everyone is a media buff.
>oh yea i'd bet like 99% of the reactions i've seen are "real" in the sense the reactor hasn't seen the movies before.
Dunno about 99%, but I definitely do believe that "filmmaker reacts to" guy on youtuber that he'd never seen a film before starting his channel.
For me, it's the anime-watching nerdy Black kween
Watching millennials and zoomers reacting to Airplane!
Not one of them know who the Jive Lady is and why it's funny that's it's her saying those lines
Was she part of a lynch mob?
>Was she part of a lynch mob?
Cut me some slack, Jack.
>Was she part of a lynch mob?
No, those youtubers usually don't react to David Lynch stuff, ever.
>Could have gotten in early on the reactor boom in the pandemic
>Could have made a niche reacting to anime with a friend
>Could have been making 18k a month just off patreon watching anime, and doing some video editing with a friend
Man, lonely people are such a huge market to squeeze.
you have to be smart and insightful like the sos bros though
>Smart and insightful
>Literally can't let a scene land or finish before theorycrafting
It's honestly one of the most grating things to have to experience. Let the scene end or the episode end. Their LotGH and Berserk reactions were the only good ones.
they do that for fun dude. they're still some of the best live analysts.
is she balding
no? and she looks hot.
She looks like a bawd.
And a sellout who fakes reactions and cares way too much what her comment section thinks.
>And a sellout who fakes reactions
name one.
>and cares way too much what her comment section thinks.
what makes you say that?
>name one.
One what? A sellout? Her.
>what makes you say that?
Her behaviour. The best indicator for fake reactors is how they approach the Star Wars films. If they go into the prequels actively looking for reasons to like them (particularly ROTS) and into the sequels looking for reasons to dislike them (particularly TLJ), then that's a surefire way to tell they're trying to placate their comment sections.
>One what? A sellout? Her.
i mean an instance of her being fake or a sellout.
>If they go into the prequels actively looking for reasons to like them (particularly ROTS)
yea that's true actually and something i've noticed. the prequels are so god awful but a lot of reactors pretend they're fun and having a good time (not sure about the sequels as i never really check them out).
however it's possible that someone who has low standards is more likely to become a reactor in the first place, so maybe most of them aren't faking it.
>a lot of reactors pretend they're fun and having a good time
That's okay if this is how they approach everything.
>it's possible that someone who has low standards is more likely to become a reactor
And that's why you have to look at the other side as well; whether they approach something their comments tell them to dislike with the same positive attitude, at least initially.
If they don't, that means one of two things: They either have already seen the film and made up their mind about it, or they don't actually care about making up their own mind and just give their fans what they want to see.
I've had a reactor-shaped hole in my heart ever since these chads retired.
what channels have good group reactions? already subbed to normies and blind wave.
badd medicine. they're kinda like cavemen but can be heartwarming
It was pretty funny watching them play Until Dawn. They fricked up repeatedly and got almost everyone killed.
what the frick is going on with Cassie's channel lately. Her last good month was February and it's been slop ever since.
Ran out of decent mainstream films to react to, probably. So it's either slop or arthouse. And arthouse doesn't bring clicks.
Yeah too bad since at least arthouse stuff is actually good, but Cassie keeps getting filtered by it, so oh well.
>Cassie keeps getting filtered by it
Has she (or anyone) ever even tried watching one on stream?
i mean not on stream, but cassie has seen a few arthouse films already and got filtered by them all.
>seen a few arthouse films already
Like?
Seven Samurai, Kubrick films, Blade Runners. Entry level stuff. But she barely could handle those, just imagine if you show her Last Year at Marienbad or something like that.
None of that even qualifies as arthouse. All of those are mainstream cinema.
>just imagine if you show her Last Year at Marienbad
Yeah, that kind of thing is what I'd really love to see reactions to. Or at least a proper Lynch (by which I mean anything that isn't Dune or Elephant Man or Straight Story).
they are arthouse by modern standards. at the time of their release they were pretty mainstream.
>they are arthouse by modern standards.
Eh, I guess. But only because "zoomers" refuse to watch anything older than themselves.
>because "zoomers" refuse to watch anything older than themselves.
precisely.
We are a culture in decline, which is why it would be cool for people like Cassie to watch more refined stuff instead of fricking endless trash.
What the frick is "Tin Cup"?
Best out of these is probably White Men Can't Jump, and that one is a pretty standard 90s comedy that's carried hard by its cast.
>What the frick is "Tin Cup"?
no idea, but looking her channel now feels like the walmart bargain bin
she needs to react to leon the professional even though she'd probably hate the sexualization aspects of it. but it's a good damn movie if you're able to look past that.
>the sexualization aspects of it
>if you're able to look past that.
I agree. They shouldn't have sexualized Jean Reno like that. He plays a mentally moronic person with the mind of a child, afterall.
it's my GOAT movie so i don't really have a problem with it and i luckily think that luc besson directed it in such a way that you can still think of leon's relationship with mathilda as platonic but i know it's hit or miss for reactors.
like that chick from cinebinge and natalie gold couldn't get over it.
>couldn't get over it.
Don't reactors usually think of Mathilda as the child and Leon as the adult, because they're compeltely media-illiterate and don't get the subversion of character archetypes?
they'd probably argue that that depiction is a facade meant to make the idea of an underage relationship acceptable, and that's part of what makes the movie disturbing to them.
but her closing thought wasn't completely negative:
>I do think movies like this raise interesting questions. But it's not one that I really want to delve into.
>meant to make the idea of an underage relationship acceptable
But it's the very opposite, just that, well, the other way around than they think.
my thing now is watching black people react to horror movies. they are actually funny
i was too lazy to watch that editor video dumping on her. is she a b***h?
Yeah her and her entire discord simp army
>its a "channel eventually gets bogged down with Marvel/Star Wars slop and goes down hill" episode
>its a "poll winner is objectively the worst choice both movie wise and for reaction purposes" episode
for me its Cassie making her way through comfy TNG
Cassie is my favorite reactor!
What is it about reaction vids that sends a certain subset of spergs into complete meltdown? People will watch sports commentary and news commentary and game reviews and movie reviews and music reviews, and you'll get nothing... you've even got the occasional porn threads on Cinemaphile where everyone sits around and has a gentlemanly discussion about retired prostitutes, but the moment there's a movie react/reviewer posted they start slinging shit everywhere and telling everyone to kill themselves. What's the demarcation line here? I don't get it.
how old is cassie? she's still such a sexy c**t even though she looks like 40.
>sexy
She's just cheap.
she is like 34 or something. I dont know if I'd say her look is 'sexy' but she is 100% wife material.
Carly>Cassie
Agreed. Love Cassie but she is clearly much more jaded now.
Why did this genre die out? Where are the newer, younger reaction b***hes? It just doesn't make sense for us to still be watching the same exact girls that we were 5 years ago.
as for me it's danika / comicbookgirl
This sounds ridiculous to me but does anyone have any examples of "good" react channels for me to check out and form my own opinion?
There really aren't any "good" ones. At best you can hope for someone whom (or whose persona) you consider likeable. And who reacts to stuff you know and like, obviously.
You could start by just searching for your favourite film or series + "reaction" on youtube and see whether you find someone you find agreeable.
popcorninbed is probably the most popular one
>the most popular one
And one of the worst by most metrics.
No. I'm giving popcorninbed a hard time right now, but I personally blame the patreon. Cassie could be watching kino but morons are holding her back.
And we're supposed to take Cinemaphile seriously when it comes to film critique.
only /film/ you dumb chimpper
No one ever claimed that.
Cinemaphile is not a monolith. And capeshitters have long since invaded most of it.
