around ep3 we start to see how most white people are racist, how cops and how the media are racist. It really brings the whole show to life. I cried while watching ep4 because as a gay black man, we finally have representation and finally the world knows how everyone has always been against us. This producers have done a great job highlighting how fricking racist America is.

The dad was an amazing actor for real, I really felt empathy for him when he was blaming himself and in denial

first 6 or 7 episodes were good, than they start forcing woke crap, like an episode and a half devoted to portraying his black neighbor as the world's greatest hero and an episode where they make Jesse Jackson look like the worlds greatest human being. still worth watching

I would agree if it was made up, but how is depicting reality woke?

        >depicting reality

they literally made her perfect in every way. she got ignored by police, she's not Harriet Tubman. I have no issue with them telling her story, but the amount of time devoted to her and the way she was portrayed was garbage.

It's woke fest all along. The intro is le white men bad. Hell even in the flashback of Dahmer's childhood where they have no race stuff to bring up they manage to show a black kid being bullied by 2 white kids who have nothing to do with Dahmer.

no, it's an abstraction that allows cowardly people to avoid having to talk about reality

I love true crime but when it "glorifies" the victim's demise I get irate. I like the police and legal procedural aspect, I don't want to know how another human suffered
