Literally the only two terrible episodes are The Puerto Rican Day Parade and the Finale. The LA episodes are so-so but still watchable.
I’m assuming the LA episodes you’re talking about are the Kramer Serial killer ones, those are fantastic and more than just watchable.
Those are awful. The ones with Kathy Griffin are intolerable. The ones with Crazy Joe Davila suck. Puerto Rican Day Parade stinks.

The whole first season is pretty meh since they were still figuring things out.
The first two seasons are only a combined 17 episodes, barely even counts
the George movie theater and laser guy bits in puerto rican day are pretty good

i've rewatched seinfeld three or four times now, and i can say there is not a single episode i actually dislike, or feel like skipping
i think the worst ones are the first four episodes or so.
Yeah it doesnt start off the strongest but even then the early episodes still have a charm about them
first 2 seasons and parts of 3 are super cringey to sit through, once the show takes off though most episodes are golden
