Woke came out of women not being kept in line when they came up with ideas like this

It's condemning a basic story element moron.

Be truthful, OP: were you born in 1999?

Don't samegay either, it's a clear sign that you can only put consensus behind your point, not arguments or effectiveness

The problem wasn't that it ever happens, the complaint was that it was happening way too often and without any real depth. Like any trope, people get tired of them when they're lazily overused.

It's not really a problem now like it was in the 90s.

Women suffer more sexism from other women than they do from men, but can't say it's sexism if it's the same sex right?

If I got God powers I'd feel bad for all the alternate timelines where I blew up my partner on accident trying to pleasure them.

Men can also do things because their baby died or they are power hungry or they were cucked by a cheating prostitute, anything really.
Same for women, but don't tell anybody, I'm saving it for my stories

You do realise that Cinemaphile itself has been complaining and mocking the exact same thing for over a nearly two decades now, right? Fricking lurk moar.

    >we
have a nice day meme moron, we're not your friends. It's absolutely a thing, even if it's misapplied sometimes. It's lazy writing, not sexism.

Then we wouldn't get Lackadaisy, which is probably one of the only good comics made by a female in the 21st century.
