I dunno, I think the idea that their dads are that notably smelly is a relatively funny concept, for an absurd comic like that. It explains a lot about where they're coming from, and I like the rising panic in their tone as the bluehair asks if the therapist has "a pinball game on her phone" as if she herself doesn't have a phone and as if that's a perfectly normal thing to ask someone, plus I find the gross-out art kind of charming.
