What has him upset?
Probably upset seeing that Morag and horsie can't get along
morning /coc/
have a gg day!
That's going to be a painful dunk.
Talk about double dribbling
Holy Moly! Where did this come from?
Fantastic stuff!
I know the breasts are distracting, but look at the filename.
No no, I'm very familiar with the artist.
They just haven't posted it on any of their socials from what I saw so this caught me by surprise.
the artist took a break but is now back. however due to their location they are posting some of their new stuff over on Boosty https://boosty.to/goodbadartist
Moira Grimoire ends up in The Archivist's library and gets sorted/shelved. Who has to go find her? How do they find her in a sorting system that only makes sense to a God?
See, I know you mean Moira getting bound back into her book form and shelved, but I couldn't help but picture her book-head just getting shoved into an empty space and stuck there like that by accident.
So she's sitting there trying to pull her own head out of the shelf.
>filename
If you hadn't, I would've.
Nice one.
I was a little bit rushed, to be honest, but I enjoy making a quick gag.
So what happened to the kid she sold a wand to on Halloween?
Also, goodnight everyone.
I imagine he learned a valuable lesson about a little power going to your head, and found that magic wasn't actually the solution to his social problems, becoming a fuller person from the experience.
No refunds, though.
But did he summon the Great Pumpkin?
And so the magic wand animates the pumpkin patch and the vines begin to ensnare the children, attempting to pull them underground to become part of the soil.
But they're still just pumpkins so the kids can kick the vines off no problem, like a minor inconvenience.
But then things escalate when they get into the GOOD SHIT fertilizer (tm) and become monstrous acid spitting gourds.
Goodnight.
Huh, now I’m imagining Shark Lass in a maid outfit
Testing out Shark Lass in a maid outfit. These are the lines I think she'd say if she's seen wearing that.
Noice
Seems accurate. Also I was reading through Shark Lass’s ambiguous backstory again and for some reason her status as a college student who somehow became half shark through an ambiguous manner reminded me of the early Kaijin of Kamen Rider and how random people would get kidnapped, spliced and brainwashed into evil half animal monsters
For once, Belle's not going to be the one doing the diving.
Guess she finally had enough of their sass.
Who is that? I’ve only been in these threads for about a year and I can’t find her on the wiki
Diving Belle is the one holding the leashes.
Shark Lass and Moss Boss are leashed. Moss Boss doesn't have a wiki entry since before SLA took interest in her this year she was little more than some bug doodles.
Oh thanks. Yeah I assumed that’s who they were but I wasn’t sure due to the lack of wiki stuff. Thanks for that.
I wonder if Belle considers this a way to begin their redemption
But not of their asses
Greetings Dynamo League anon here
here's a recap of the last few greentexts
>Previously in the Dynamo League
> Captain Under-socks visits his old friend Nathan in LanternVille.
> Nathan has a family of Irregulars and faces difficulties in a predominantly non-irregular neighborhood.
> Oliver enjoys the company of Nathan's family, including his sharp-toothed kids.
> A respectful debate arises about discrimination and the difficulty of living as Irregulars in an irregular world.
> Nathan invites Oliver for dinner and wishes each other well.
> Marmot-man trains Willow with Liza, impressed by her potential.
> Oliver embarks on a challenging visit to Class B Prison to meet Saint Neal.
> Back in Trunktown, Marmot-man, Liza, and Willow share moments of family bliss.
You just know it was a slow thread when my shitty doodles showed up in the news.
All of my artistic efforts as of late have been going to a completely separate project of mine, but I'm excited to get back to the comic. I heavily underestimated the workload of a solo comic, and I respect webcomic people way more now. My new piece is really teaching me a lot about art and my style in general, so I think it was important for me to take this break. I've developed a lot of skill and knowledge as an artist since I've started it more than two weeks ago.
I'll probably do another doodle page today or tomorrow
Yeah, that seems to be a reoccurring theme of people underestimating just how much work a comic is.
Will be interesting to see what you post.
Still in a bad shape mentally/psychologically, ain't sure when it'll end, and making a move away from it...with major issues coming up for it.
But I try to make something out of it...if I'm sure? I've been in the studio with no luck, yet I'm glad to see everyone here.
I don't know what you're going through, so if it helps what I did last year when dealing with grief was spend several months writing a story I had been sitting on the notes for for a couple years.
The grief remains, but it isn't stuck in the forefront of my mind anymore.
I take gladly in mind for the sake of myself. Thank you.
Make her wear a barbarian suit, it works for her.
Horse is an excellent roomate
The prank all along was getting the horse to sleep outside.
Who won Mr co
Huh, I didn't realize that was happening.
Better question, who wins Mr /coc/
Who'd even compete?
Was there a Ms /coc/?
There has been neither.
Agnes needs to train Belle in the proper way to train maids.
Is training different for former villains
Training to be a maid or just training in general?
Maid. Wouldn’t it be different for villains since they’re usually naturally rebellious and inclined towards chaos
Maid training would come after "other" training then.
Well now I'm trying to think of some who don't have a tragic backstory and I'm coming up empty.
What other training?
Not on a monday.
I saw Yoko Bri last thread and I raise a Blair Dame in return

Dynamo League Greentext
>Cult Of Personality
>Oliver reached the Class B Prison, where Saint Neal was being held. The prison was an imposing structure, surrounded by tall, electrified walls. Armed guards patrolled the perimeter, and the entire place had an air of menace.
>As he entered, he couldn't shake the mix of emotions swirling inside him. He had missed his brother but was also wary of what he might find.
>Inside, he was escorted to a small meeting room with a thick glass partition separating him from Saint Neal.
>When Neal walked in and saw Oliver, they brought him in a special restraint chair, his hairy face and his tired eyes showed surprise, and for a moment, they locked eyes through the glass.
>Saint Neal (his voice tinged with both curiosity and caution): "Oliver"
>Captain Undersocks:"Neal.....It's been too long"
>Saint Neal:"How's your "heroism" going?"
>Oliver feeling the weight of the years apart stayed Silent for moments
>Saint Neal:"Hmm feel free to talk Ive , it's not like i can't wait another decade for you to come here and talk with your brother.."
>Captain Under-socks(a little pissed): "oh you have no right to judge me, I'm not the one who got himself in this situation.."
> The room felt tense as both brothers stared at each other through the glass partition.
> Saint Neal scoffed, a bitter smile on his face.
> Saint Neal: "I didn't expect you to understand, Oliver. You always saw the world through your 'hero' goggles."
> Captain Under-socks clenched his fists.
> Captain Under-socks: "You're leading the Pegasus Militia, Neal! They're attacking regular people, causing chaos!"
> Saint Neal leaned forward, his face inches from the glass.
> Saint Neal: "Those 'regulars' never understood us, Oliver. They shunned us, treated us like freaks. They're the real problem."
> Captain Under-socks (raising his voice): "This isn't the way, Neal! Innocent people are getting hurt, and you're condoning it!"
> Saint Neal (visibly angered): "Innocent? You think those 'innocents' are truly innocent? They're just as responsible for the pain we've suffered!"
> The debate raged on, both brothers hurling insults and accusations.
>Captain Under-socks (with a deep sigh): "You know, Neal, I came here today hoping that we could find some common ground. But the more I hear about your involvement with the Nexus and indirectly supporting the Pegasus Militia, the more I wonder if I even know you anymore."
>Saint Neal (defiantly): "Oh, spare me the righteous act, Oliver. The world is changing. The Irregulars are rising, and it's time we take our rightful place."
>Captain Under-socks (his voice rising): "Your 'rightful place'? You're advocating violence against regular people, Neal! You're leading a group that's terrorizing innocent folks. I don't know when you lost your way, but I won't stand by and watch you become a monster."
>Saint Neal (his eyes hardening): "It's easy for you to judge from your hero's pedestal. But not all of us can live a charmed life, helping people in costumes."
>Captain Under-socks (angrily): "Charmed life? You think my life was easy? Have you forgotten what we went through together? What Emily went through?"
>The mention of Emily hung in the air like a dark cloud. A painful silence settled between the two brothers.
>Saint Neal (regret and sorrow in his eyes): "I never wanted Emily to get hurt, Oliver. You know that."
>Captain Under-socks (his voice heavy with bitterness): "Words won't change the past, Neal. You've made your choices, and so have I."
>The debate raged on, filled with harsh words, accusations, and regret. The bond of brotherhood strained to its breaking point.
>Captain Under-socks (rising from his seat): "I can't change you, Neal. But I won't forgive you for what happened to Emily. Goodbye."
>With that, Oliver turned and left the room, leaving behind a brother and a painful past.
So the silly character has a dark and terrible past.
Par for the course, but not unwelcome. Though I guess they're all silly characters in one way or another in this story.
well it's not a superhero story without a sad Backstory kek
>Though I guess they're all silly characters in one way or another in this story.
yep you are not wrong about that anon
What should Bri's costume this year be?
Has she been a Frankenstein's Monster yet?
The one from Darkstalkers, yes.
Huh, well I guess I forgot.
I want her for snu snu!
tried my hand
Nice work.
Marvelous stuff!
What could she say?
Nice work.
>I think the crown weighs more than I do.
Cute
>I don't care if Lila thinks it's "lore accurate," I am NOT trick-or-treating in nothing but a hat and body paint
Sounds good.
Done.
Excellent work. Very saucy, very good work detailing that insane headgear. I like Lila's suggestion too
Great stuff as always seltzr.
That's Napperville. Naperville specializes in the export of low-neckline tops.
How about Ladybug in the gang are all gather around a campfire telling scary stories in their Halloween costumes.
That’s be fun
Is Audrey gonna wear some sexy shit for Halloween? What'll it be?
Are there some costume ideas?
I think anything she wears as a costume will break in a way that becomes sexy by default.
Mummy wraps? Under cleavage.
Hey! If anyone in here wants to join an illustration mastermind group where we share resources and all study art together I created a discord group: https://discord.gg/GKRpug8B I uploaded 8gbs of illustration books, and Im personally uploading really good art courses to study the fundamentals. We're also doing a manga book club, we're currently reading GANTZ, Id really like to do a zine in the long run, even if you guys arent interested in that, theres a lot of cool stuff to check out and we're trying to build a community.
Tough week.
At least we got a bunch of new art.
Yeah, but it seems there's very little commenting on them, so that's not encouraging for more happening.
Ghost fish?
Well, since we already are in spook month
/coc/ Chill Hours
Skathi VS the Vixen Six, how does it go down?
I'm not sure about Skathi's durability, but I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that she'd be the winner, despite receiving some damage mostly from Backfire and Rex.
I still want to come up with an Audrey in a high-society situation.
The Leg script is like that.
Charity dinners, weddings, what else do socialites throw parties over in the 50s?
Do any men try to court Sarah Sterling at those parties? She is the heiress (or is she the active company head?) of a massively profitable company. You'd think men would be trying to marry her for her money. Audrey could probably thwart such efforts by physically being between them.
Sometimes it's more about the fight itself than who wins.
Arctic Vice tries to freeze Skathi in place, she thinks they've won and the frost giantess walks out of the ice like it isn't even there.
Something comical like that.
I'm gonna go to bed now. Goodnight everyone.
Sarah is actually really pretty. I think It be hard to actually just be with her for the money. "Between" lol! Also is SQ's parents dead?
Pretty sure they must be dead for her to have inherited everything.
And I mean like a plot where... Has Bruce ever been drugged by Poison Ivy so she could use his money and it's up to Robin to save the day? It'd be like that.
Is it a place where everyone goes mad?
It is a place where the pernicious lose their hands and the patient are blessed with the gift of half reality
Yeah them being dead makes sense. GG saving the day from a man that already has a woman but is pretending to date SQ for her inheritance would be interesting.
So a man is using some form of magic hypnosis on Sarah Sterling and if GG can just get the Bands of Boudica back on Sarah's wrists then she'll be able to overcome the magic, but GG also has to make sure that the man doesn't know that Sarah is SQ.
I like it so far.
A magic gemstone on a ring he wears.
Only works when he touches his victim? Something as simple as a handshake or kissing the hand.
>I still want to come up with an Audrey in a high-society situation.
If it were me I'd play up her discomfort. Poodle skirt and hair bows aside she's not really a girly girl that would be at home in fancy dress parties. At best she'd probably treat it like another costume and role she's having to play teeth clenched.
>And I mean like a plot where... Has Bruce ever been drugged by Poison Ivy so she could use his money and it's up to Robin to save the day? It'd be like that.
There's that one segment in the Batman TAS Christmas episode. You could possibly steal parts of that and/or combine it with that one DCAU episode where Superman pretended to be Batman with Robin's help.
goodnight
Bumping
bump
Who here /nightowl/? This sucks and I hate it, but at least I can bump this thread with some well deserved art. The kind of art I could only make while sleep deprived at 7 in the morning during an intense manic episode
That is a fast drop.
Hows it going?
Slowly.
Use the props on the table. X picked at her food. Y was sawing his steak like he was about to cut the plate. Z stared out the window.
Do you?
>Use the props on the table. X picked at her food. Y was sawing his steak like he was about to cut the plate. Z stared out the window.
Fair, but that's not something I can really utilise on most panels.
I feel like I just need to be more creative with body language and framing (silhouettes, close-up shots and so on).
Still, thanks for the advice.
Food interactions can be an extension of body language as well.
A person not eating and just picking at their food has something on their mind.
A person going at their food very hard is trying to distract themselves from a bigger issue.
A person eating much slower than usual is trying to put off doing something else.
There's also playful things people can do with utensils like twirling them between their fingers. Or still holding them while adjusting glasses or even putting a knife behind their ear and forgetting about it. This sort of behavior can be used to indicate that the character is either absentminded or is trying to lighten an uneasy dining mood.
There's also the sort of people who take their plates or drinks with them and refuse to put them down even when it would be easier (like trying to open a door with your feet).
Of course, a dinner table shouldn't have too much going other than eating and talking unless there is an ulterior motive at play like trying to hook two characters up or passing secret messages via notes, tapping code, twitches, or the order in which each food is eaten.
It's not set during a dinner, it centered around a group of mobsters who are so bored out of their minds that the only thing they can do is lazily sip alcohol and discuss the pressing issues of superhero variety.
That dinner conversation is going to end with the table getting shot up.
OK. Let's see what you can do then.
>That dinner conversation is going to end with the table getting shot up.
Well, guns are gonna end up involved one way or the other, that's for sure.
I haven't made anything yet, but I do have a post of my idea though. I always wanted some advice from others.
>Do you?
It involves around doing quick character sketches from an idea of mine. Anyone interested?
So you want to do drawings of an idea you have? Do I have that right?
Yes, that's what I'm talking about.
Writing a script where a bunch of people are sitting at the table and talking is deceptively difficult.
There's only so many times you can use "x turned to y" or something like that.
It's probably not very descriptive either.
I got an idea anons
Think if Audrey dressed as a sci fi space adventurer, Connie Cosmos would ruin the fun by constantly commenting on how inaccurate the space suit is?
Define "inaccurate."
Fishbowl helmet with no airhose, badly modeled rocketpak, spacesuit with bare skin areas not being able to survive the vaccumm of space
Stuff like that
I’m not really sure why Audrey would wear a costume like that in the first place.
Halloween costume
She just thought it was a cool halloween costume
Cute! Sweet how Audrey fidgets.
I wonder how Mars-Earth relations are in the GGverse. Connie is half-human and next in line to the throne.
It'd be more character building if she had an nerdy/autistic nitpicking about the inaccuracies of bad spacesuit costumes.
I wanted to make something with Charlotte, but instead I made this
Stone face, the face of being beyond this is not OK.
Nah, he's fine, happy even
In hindsight, I feel like Arthur ended up way more closer to Moon Knight than Rorschach or Jason Todd.
He's nowhere near as much of a busket case, but he still leans in that direction a bit.
*way closer
His powers invite a lot of existential questions so it makes sense he'd lean more towards the cosmic insanity rather than the other kinds
>insanity
Funny you'd mention that, because I actually came to that conclusion while thinking about Mark and his many alters since I kind of flurted with the idea of making Arthur talk with his superhero persona sometime ago.
And yes, connecton to the otherworldy was also a factor.
So instead of Dracula owing him money, did Frankenstein borrow his car and not give it back yet?
>Frankenstein
Wouldn't it be Blueblood as she's the prominent Cinemaphileverse vampire?
So i'm here still, I got nothing which is unfortunate.
I'm only left with a hometown idea for the cast I guess, which is Naperville. Generally this sucks
What do they do in Naperville? Sleep?
Could, but it’s a basic ass Illinois town near Chicago, seems pretty nice.
But in general you guys got anything to help me with this?
Help in what way? I don't know what you're asking for.
We've been trying to play that angle for a little while now and it feels like there haven't been any solid plot ideas that have stuck.
Maybe we need to scale back down to a one page idea to feel out the high-society thing a bit more.
I just don't know what to do with what I can do for a story work, or anything with characters.
Had in mind that Jack’s football team, or the Justice Coalition, could do a fireman nude calendar for charity and Jack would participate.
Lots of young villainesses would buy the calendars and… appreciate the hero.
An oddly popular notion, though not villainesses in this case.
That’s fun to see
>Jack then later gets tricked and the next calendar is only having him pose in the nude every months
>Blue Moon, Moss Boss, Diving Belle, Sharklass, Ladybug, Stretcherous, Melting Point, etc. are all ogling their own calendars
>Some are debating which month/pose is the best
It's an interesting question. Which characters would be most represented in the average citizen's in-universe spank bank?
Blue Moon needs more attention.
Like, A LOT more attention.
Well, goodnight everyone.
do you have something in mind for aoko?
nta but her in costume?
Illusion training.
Practicing in front of a mirror by chaining her outfit in an instant via illusions.
Making an illusion copy that can talk with basic responses.
Figuring out how to make illusions stick to moving objects other than herself (so her getaway car/ride can change instantly).
And also stuff from the Blue Moon script like her and Jack studying together.
this is a Dynamo League Halloween Special and it's a Filler Greentexts
>Dynamo League: Night of Haunted Havoc I
> The Dynamo League geared up for a special Halloween patrol mission, ensuring the safety of the town and keeping an eye out for any mischievous trick-or-treaters.
>As they strolled through the dimly lit streets, they couldn't help but notice the decorations and the lively atmosphere. The people of Trunktown took Halloween seriously, and the streets were lined with pumpkins, spooky cobwebs, and creatively designed costumes.
> Willow, excited about the prospect of a Halloween adventure, couldn't contain her enthusiasm.
> She-beaver(grinning): "Dad, can I go trick-or-treat with my friends tonight?"
> Liza, amused by Willow's excitement, joined the conversation.
> Woder-coyote(raising an eyebrow): "Willow, you do realize we're on patrol duty tonight, right?"
>She-Beaver (pouting slightly): "I know, but I have a plan. You see, I've got this awesome Justin Bieber costume, or maybe it's a Justin "Beaver" costume hehe"
>Wonder-Coyote(confused): "Justin Bieber or Justin Beaver? I'm not sure I understand."
> She-Beaver(giggling): "It's a pun, Liz! I'll look like a pop star, and a beaver at the same time."
> Marmot-man (chuckling): "Well, that's creative, Willow."
>She-beaver (enthusiastically): "And I plan to get the biggest candy bag ever! So, can I, please, pretty please?"
> Marmot-man(smiling): "Alright, Willow. You can go trick-or-treating with your friends. But promise me you'll be back soon, and stay safe."
> She-Beaver(grateful): "Thanks, Dad! I promise!"
> With a smile on her face, Willow rushed back to their house to change into her costume to a Justin "Beaver" outfit and then She Invited her three Friends Zoe, Mia, and Bella to her house and told them that she had a plan for this Halloween
>after few Minutes, a knock on the door was heard and when Willow opened she was greeted by her friends
>Zoe the Redhead girl with Bird Legs was wearing a Chun-li costume and was smiling
>Mia the Black Haired goth (Regular) girl was wearing a Misa Amane from Death Note costume and had a blank expression on her face
>Bella the Brown hair girl was Wearing a Leatherface mask and tuxedo and was trying to hold laughter
>She-Beaver: "Hey Gals, glad to see that you made it haha"
> Zoe looked around searching for Joe
>She-beaver: "Zoey's dad is not here, he's on a Pa-....Date!"
>Zoe(blushing): "A DATE!! I mean I don't know what you are talking about"
>Mia(putting her hand on Zoe): "Zoey we know Oh we know....anyways so what's your big Plan Willow?"
>She-beaver: "Ladies every year we get a small amount of cheap and barely eatable candy and this situation needs to change"
>Bella: "And how are you going to do that? also is no one gonna ask me about my costume?"
>She-Beaver: "Girls this year we are going go big or go home and We are gonna go to the Valley Neighborhoods where the good and expensive Candy is waiting for us to come and claim it,and this is My plan....WE ARE GOING TO SWIM IN SWEET CANDY AND DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE BARS!!"
It's good that she has friends her own age.
kek yes Willow might be a Young hero but at the end of the day she is still a teen girl
and I'm thinking of a gag where no one realizes that Wilow is She-beaver even though she's the only Anthro beaver in the town
Bump

Is there any separation between magic and power cosmic/reality bending-type powers within the Cinemaphileverse or is it all just magic?
Magic is local, cosmic is everywhere.
What if someone casts a universe-wide spell?
The only way for them to do that is to have access to cosmic power.
Sounds ligit.
Seltzr here
I may be going to Texas for two weeks.
Maybe. Maybe not.
Its a business thing. Just so you know why I may not be around for the next two weeks.
But who knows. I'm bringing my tablet and may end up drawing a bit anyways.
Try not to melt.
I live in that state and it's not that hot anymore.
I finally got over procrastinating and updated the wiki with the edited Bullion scripts 2 - 5.
It's been a bit cool in the south over the past few days, hasn't it?
Nice, hope it works out. Have fun, plenty to do in texas!
What's so great about dumb old Texas anyways
At the moment it's doing better than Chicago and California New York too.
It's getting nice actually but they'll be a little bit of heat here and there but not as much as before.
Something I found while digging through old files.
I don't think I want to know the context of this.
Well, don't worry, if there was ever context to it I don't remember what it was. This is from 2017, any clues are long gone.

The scarf just keeps getting longer.
It gains an extra inch in length every time she receives a new upgrade.

Dynamo League anon
i was really busy this week I wasn't able to write more Greentexts I apologize for that and will try more in the next week kek
but now as always, i want to ask you:
any questions?
any suggestions?or ideas you want to see?
any complaints?
any advice?
Hmm.
If you get into stuff with heavy plot importance, try not to gloss it over with "a spirited argument ensues". Come up with the arguments for both sides and then try to explore them during the verbal exchange.
Ok Noted thanks
anything else you want to add?
Nothing off the top of my head. I'm just enjoying you weave a new bunch of characters together.
