    >How does this work?

    >It works like a community toy chest. In the /coc/ threads you are free to post whatever ideas/settings/characters you want, but you have to be OK with other people playing with them (tweaking them, putting them in stories, using them for things, etc.)
    >There's no guarantee that what you post will catch on either.

    >If the OC you are posting is YOURS for something you are personally doing, then it would go to the "How is your webcomic?" threads.
    >If you just want feedback on an OC of yours, then it would go in the "donut steel" threads or drawthreads.

If the thread dies suddenly or you still want to discuss something when there's no thread:

I only just got in and I've been hit with even more death news since last thread, so it's hard for me to make them as usual right now.

It's also Easter, which is a really hard time to start threads on. Usually I wouldn't begin with a GG pic, but it might bait in bumps.

There were a lot of pictures posted in the last thread but I didn't have a lot of context on how many were new for the thread specifically vs reposts to keep the thread afloat

The easiest way now to know if a pic is new or not is to look at the filename.
          For example

isn't new, it even has the numerical filename, yet there's a lot of replies reacting to it as if it were.

          Cool
Who is that on the left?

          >MARY JANE. Destroyer of conscience, families and the American way of living!

          >With that, Marmot-man reached into his bag and pulled out a steaming pot of rabbit stew, Liz's favorite dish.
          >Marmot-man: "Ta-da! Rabbit stew, just for you."
          >Wonder-Coyote's eyes lit up with delight as she smelled the delicious aroma wafting from the pot.
          >Wonder-Coyote(excitedly): "Rabbit stew! Oh, Joey, you're the best!"
          >Marmot-man smiled warmly, handing her a bowl of the stew.
          >Marmot-man: "Happy Easter, Liz. Let's go back to the house and enjoy our meal together."
          >Liza eagerly followed Marmot-man back to the house, her stomach growling in anticipation.
          >As they sat down to eat, Marmot-man chuckled at Liz's excitement.
          >Marmot-man: "You know, Liz, maybe next year you'll catch the Easter bunny for real."
          >Wonder-Coyote nodded eagerly, already dreaming of her next Easter hunt.
          >Wonder-Coyote: "You bet I will, Joey! But for now, let's enjoy this delicious stew."
          >And so, Marmot-man and Wonder-Coyote celebrated Easter together, their bellies full of rabbit stew and their hearts full of joy. It was a day filled with laughter, love, and the promise of many more adventures to come.

I thought this would go down an Elmer Fudd route.

well since it's easter let's have a small Dynamo League Easter Special!

    >Dynamo League: The Great Easter Hunt

    >it was easter in Trunktown, and Marmot-man went to his usual holiday patrol.
    > While he was strolling through the city and watching kids enjoying easter and coloring Eggs, he got a phone call from his daughter Willow who was staying in Mrs. Mavis' house.
    >Marmot-man:"Willow! Happy Easter!"
    >Willow:"Happy easter to you too, Dad! let me guess you are doing the holiday Patrol"
    >Marmot-man:"You know it, kiddo!"
    >Willow:"oh man I really like those, hope you and Liz are enjoying your time"
    >Marmot-man:"Thanks but I'm going Solo today"
    >Willow(confused); "What's the matter? did something happen to Liz?"
    >Marmot-man:"No No it's actually her special day..."
    >Willow:"Her birthday?"
    >Marmot-man: "No no well it's a long story but long story short, Every Year since she learned about the Easter bunny, Liz tries to hunt him and cook him for both of us"
    >Willow(puzzled): "but isn't the easter Bunny Fictional?"
    >Marmot-man(chuckling):"Oh try to say this to her, she would tell you that "this is what he wants you to believe!" , Anyways i need to go now Kiddo"
    >WIllow:"Oh okay bye Dad!"
    >Marmot-man: "Goodbye Willow and remember to stay away from Strawberies because ...."
    >Marmot-man & Willow: "You have Allergies!"
    >Marmot-man:"Good and i will call you later"
    >He hung up and then continued his patrol through the city.
    > Meanwhile in a nearby forest, Liza was setting some traps and preparing her Spear to hunt the Easter bunny.
    >She started imagining all the dishes that she could prepare with a bunny that big with her mouth watering with every thought.
    >Wonder-Coyote(whispering to herself):"oh once i hunt down that Rabbit i will have a rabbit stew that can feed a town or two canine sisters...wait Joe told me that he brings eggs with him,oh just imagine the size of the eggs! YUM!"

-Coyote spent hours waiting in the forest, her eyes scanning the surroundings eagerly for any sign of the elusive Easter bunny. The sun began to set, casting long shadows through the trees, but still, there was no sign of the bunny.
      >Wonder-Coyote(pouting): "Come on, Easter bunny, where are you hiding?"
      >As hunger gnawed at her belly, Liza's mind started playing tricks on her. She began to hallucinate, imagining a large Easter bunny darting through the trees, its fluffy tail disappearing into the distance.
      >Wonder-Coyote(excitedly): "There he is! The Easter bunny!"
      >Without hesitation, Liza sprang into action, her Coyote powers propelling her forward as she chased after the imaginary bunny. She zigzagged through the forest, her heart pounding with excitement.
      >Wonder-Coyote(thinking to herself): "I've got you now, bunny!"
      >As she closed in on her prey, Liza leaped forward, her jaws snapping shut on thin air.
      >Wonder-Coyote(confused): "Huh? Where did he go?"
      >But then she heard a voice behind her, and her ears perked up in surprise.
      >Marmot-man: "Hey! Let go of my neck!"
      >Liza's eyes widened in embarrassment as she realized she had bitten Marmot-man's neck instead of the Easter bunny.
      >Wonder-Coyote(apologetically): "Oh! I'm so sorry, Joey! I got carried away... I was just so hungry..."
      >Marmot-man chuckled, rubbing his neck where Liza had bitten him.
      >Marmot-man: "It's alright, Liz. I knew this might happen, so I came prepared also I'm used to you bites in my neck"

When a moderator bans a range of IPs in an attempt to block someone, typically a repeat offender, from circumventing a normal single-IP ban via changing their IP. This can have the unintended effect of catching innocent users who used IPs within the same range.

I've been thinking about what kid Arthur would be like (and not even around the time he looked , I'm talking like 5 or 6 y/o, before him and his mom moved out) and I'm kind of torn between him being timid and barely able to talk to people outside of his immediate family/surrounding from get-go and being a surprisingly emotionless, eloquently spoken kid that wouldn't seem out of place as a harbinger in a horror movie.

I like to imagine that being a breaking point of Arthur going from "kinda weird" to "full-blown asocial". "Normal and cheerful" doesn't feel like the best fit for him honestly, even before he started isolating himself.
I dunno, him being "that weird kid" running around the mansion and doing his thing seems like it can be developed into pretty endearing characterisation for kid Arthur.

He tried using it for some mundane stuff, but that's about it. It should be noted that the most basic application of Arthur's powers (move a gap across the surface, maybe stick your hand into it) isn't the most visually exciting thing ever. It's not something that just flips your life upside down like super strength, flight or heat vision unless you put some elbow grease into exploring its application and what this power really even is in essence.

The Mean Teens seem to be getting more and more associated with JackHammer. By then they're not even teens anymore.

I'm surprised to see new Super Moms and BQ art.

Would Sharpshipper try to ship Cinemaphiledie with someone? How would that even work? Is that Captain Rookie? Would love powers have any effect on Sink or Edge?

Absolutely unfathomably based, especially considering the (intended) day of release.

If the pile is helping discussion for the week then it’s doing a good job.

The pile is great and always a treat. And it's cool if previous discussions had some kind of influence on it.
There's a lot of potential if people want to take inspiration. Like, why did Jack and Aoko had to wear a bunny suit? There's a story waiting to be told there, although a whole story can be too much. I suppose things should come naturally to a degree, like the popularity of apple pie in this specific case.
Personally, I like the swords. Probably because I have a dark middle school past.

How strongly do character designs in GG adhere to the eyes open if they can see GG's bust vs eyes closed if they can't?

It largely depends on the artist.

What would a story be like set during the 60s era where Bullion and Silver Queen are fighting side-by-side again? How would their dynamics have changed after all the stuff that had happened?

      Anonymous

Would this be while SQ is training Bullion for the bracers?
She probably lets Audrey find her own fighting style most of the time, but for training might be a bit more regimented in what she needs to focus on when it comes to using the bracers correctly.

Can't take credit for most of it a while I did use img2img on a rough sketch most of it's AI generated. The exception is the building they're standing on isn't since there was no way to get the eagle to look right, I had to redo that from scratch, but the rest is.

Audrey looks a little chubby but maybe she just ate breakfast. Sweet background.

In retrospect her boobs and the lighting are kind of screwing up her waist and making her look extra thick. Might go back and change it later.
