Did this shit honestly scare anyone? I get Candle Cove and all those other shitty things that started to do the DHMIS thing, but this shit just seemed like some trannies excuse to jack off to that artstyle they could mimic from Sesame Street books in the 80s and 90s.
To be fair, not every ARG is supposed to be scary. The biggest example I can think of is the Dad ARG, which isn't really scary, even if the main videos have tension and mystery, but the channel also has a ton of spin-off videos of the character singing songs and dancing and feuding with other youtubers and doing all sorts of goofy shit. You can have a funny ARG like this.
But that's at least entertaining in some way. WH seems like it's only entertaining to a specific niche audience of puppet frickers. It was gay as frick when Goose Boose, who's generally chill and fun to listen to, made an entire 30-minute video dicksucking and praising it even though it's barely even horror and he knows people come to his channel for horror.
