This. I'm not reddit(moronic), I can see when an actor is good even if they feature in a shit movie, don't need to see their absolute best to see what they're worth
All of them.
Why are reddit sub-humans like this? >hurr when did you realize that an actor was good????
When I saw them in a good performance? The frick is your problem. If I don't know an actor and haven't seen a good performance, I don't care, if I see them in a good performance now I think they're good.
Name any good actor. I didn't care about that actor until I saw that their acting was good.
There is no point. (You) are autistic.
Every single actor you think is good is someone you didn't think of highly before you saw a good performance. Who the frick has a high opinion of an actor before seeing a good role?
The reddit question is essentially a long winded way of asking ''what's an actor you like?''
>Who the frick has a high opinion of an actor before seeing a good role?
I'm guessing someone who consumes a lot of entertainment websites and shows, gossip blogs, podcasts with celebrities on it, influencer garbage on twitter and instagram. And the celebrity in question has opinions that rustle the redditor which puts the celebrity on the wrong side of history until their theatrical performance sways the redditor's opinion to the positive.
Miles Teller. I thought he was good in Whiplash but I still wanted to punch him in the face. Then I watched the new Top Gun and was like “you know what, this homie is alright”.
Not actor related, but Joe Bob briggs used to joke "there's too much plot getting in the way of the story" I never really understood it until I watched the saw movies back to back over the course of two weeks.
Tom Holland, i got caught up to date and finally understood why you blood thirsty nocturnal homosexuals polished this homosexual's wiener for playing spiderman for years
I'm reading this and thinking "but he's always great", and looking at his filmography I realize he's the modern Travolta, constantly in dogshit movies with the odd great one. The Batman is his 3rd highest rated role, after true detective and In Bruges (imdb).
tom hardy
always felt like he was overrated
he IS overrated, but hes a terrific actor, he just can't 'embody' every role. he was too small for bronson. he was too small for bane.
but he was great in Legend.
Adam Driver is another, I think hes beyond overrated. he can commit, but I dont think yelling is acting.
But he looks good in the new Ferrari movie. Theyve stopped trying to make him appear attractive--put him in a suit, give him dark sunglasses, cut his hair, and he looks intriguing instead of moronic
That'd be Christian Bale. I used to think he was an okay actor but a bit of a drama queen since that one incident, but the guy has range. If you just watched that movie Rescue Dawn, you'd be convinced that he was a sniveling doofus who can't act, but it came out right after the Dark Knight came out so that's wrong. There's also The Machinist, where he became fully anorexic to match the part before bulking up for the Dark Knight movie. The guy is like an actual monk that devotes himself fully to the characters he plays. Watching his performances is the the only time I ever felt impressed by an actor
Rocco Stiffredi
bump
Is only smellz
none

Rowan Atkinson in Johnny English Strikes Again
i dont think anyone really keeps track of stuff like this op
why is literally just copypasting a reddit thread allowed here?
this website is just reddit jr at this point. Top posts there are always used as ironic thread starters. Even the fomo shit makes its way over
Ryan Gosling until I saw Deadpoo

Michael Richards, then I saw his standup.
Jeremy Irons in Dead Ringers

Might have been the moustache.
LaKeith Stanfield in Death Note
Not actor related, but Joe Bob briggs used to joke "there's too much plot getting in the way of the story" I never really understood it until I watched the saw movies back to back over the course of two weeks.
Why would I like an actor before seeing them in something good unless they had big breasts??
UH WHAT THE FRICK A POL THREAD DIED FOR THIS?? MODS? RAPEAPE???
Jennifer Lawrence. The Fappening leaks.
Tom Holland, i got caught up to date and finally understood why you blood thirsty nocturnal homosexuals polished this homosexual's wiener for playing spiderman for years
Volodimyr Zelenskyy
Colin Farrell
I hated the guy until True Detective 2, that one changed my opinion
To bad he's completely moronic for picking roles

Can you redditors discuss what the reddit picture says on reddit?
Kendra Lust
Now I understand why she won the same award 7 years in a row
