There is a Tavor 7 that is .308 chambered, it was never officially adopted by any military or police force, it's purely semi auto for civilians in the US and Canada. It's not very good and has like 3-4 MOA accuracy with good/match ammo at best.
Scream's easy mode. You already know which two guys are the killers so you can sabotage their whole plot by tipping off the cops. Maybe even get yourself arrested so you're safe in jail while they're getting their spree on.
H&K 417. maybe 18" barrel just because I'm not sure the situation or the nature or number of the enemy nor the environment of engagement. So yeah 18 inch barrel seems like a decent compromise.
I'm bringing this little feller right here. 80% chance he debates the killer into quitting, 20% he fails but I make a run for it while the killer kills the little-hat-man.
You guys are way underthinking this.
Think about it. There are two possibilities. Possibility 1 is that it’s a movie but your presence makes it work on real world logic. In this case, any modern handgun is essentially an identical best case choice. (Handgun over rifle since being able to take it places without being taken by authorities or whatever maximizes the chance of being able to use it and almost no horror villains have ranged attacks or body armor)
But possibility 2 is that it’s a horror movie that continues to work on MOVIE logic. With few exceptions the guy in the horror movie set up as being armed dies in some ironic way or is picked off first to raise the stakes. What you need is a weapon that puts the rules of writing in your favor. For this I propose either an ornate ancestral sword, or a slingshot. The fancy sword marks you as a traditional fated hero likely to win most non hypercynical stories, and the slingshot guarantees your victory in any comedy, where it defeating the big bad is the funniest outcome of attempting to use it to defend yourself. All you people picking ARs and AKs are the generic mooks sure to be instantly picked off.
A claymore mine. There's only one way into my house and that's where the mine'll be. I have plenty of nonperishable food and bottled water to tide me over while I wait for that doorbell to ring.
assuming the killer doesnt have a gun or at the very least I get the drop on him I just need my gun. I don't miss.
My house has cameras and a couple motion censor lights.
since i have no experience firing and hitting anything a reliable 9mm smg. rifles are too long-barreled for horror movies where you can get jump-scarred any second
all i need is my fists kiddo
>please wait a long while before making a thread!
some bullpup .308 I guess. Is the tavor chambered in that?
>.308
Based
>some bullpup
no longer based
It is built for urban environments (killing Palestinians.)
Have you ever had the displeasure of actually firing a bullpup? Like in real life, not a video game mind you.
Yeah, you can get .308 and 9mm with a conversion kit. Short .308.

I also like the AK 15, preferably chambered in .50AE (african eliminator).
That’s not what AR means
This, "assault" is a dumb liberal term to demonize guns.
It's automatic rifle 15.
>Damn libtards want to prevent mass shootings hate those guys

I wouldn't shoot the slasher, I would listen and that's what no one did

Shotgun
It doesn't specify what kind of weapon it has to be so I'm going to take an M2 Bradley, which should count as a weapon.

One of my Dad's AR-15s or S&W 686.
>one
I don't play by your rules
A mech or tank if it has to be something real.
>You’ve been trapped in a horror movie that isn’t supernatural
Don’t remind me.
A FN57 with a drum mag feels like it would be good enough for any situation.
A dynamite vest. The slasher might get me but I'm gonna allahu ackbar his ass
