Well, that was the end of Big Game. No Unfunnies, bad guys were defeated by time travel asspulls, Nemesis set up for a sequel, everyone brought back to life.

>time travel asspulls,
this was pretty much a given though. also how did Superior kid survive if he's disabled even with future knowledge of his death
how do we feel about our boy Dave being a reality warper
why did Wesley end up in the Good Guy's afterlife? wasn't the point of Reborn that Good people are reborn in a paradise and evil people in a shitty hell with superpowers?
it's possible that Millar just Forgot
Millar just wanted a reason to Include it. The guys from Supercrooks show up in the final battle too Eben though they would never get involved in something like that
then just have Wesley wake in hell and get instantly killed by her, it's pretty much the same just makes more sense in-universe
Supercrooks was originally just a movie as seen in Kick-Ass 3. Millar may have just fricked up or was writing specifically for Netflix.
The chick from Magic Order actually opens up a dimensional portal ala end hame where heroes from Miller's other works come in and help so people from Jupiter's Legacy and Superior and Supercrooks are still movies but the ones that show up are from another dimension where they actually exist
If Millar wanted to include Reborn so bad he could have used it to tease that Weasley will still live on in the afterlife in the evil side. Maybe become a new villain for Bonnie to face off and tease a follow up to Reborn. Millar sucks at setting up what should be an obvious plug.
What? That's not how Reborn worked. They all went to the same world.
>nemesis set up for a sequel
who's asking for this crap why would anyone want to read anything about him when it's gonna be the same shit.
ok
>Nemesis set up for a sequel
Damn Millar is really in love with his own annoying mary sue huh
>I just murdered this guy because I didn't like the look of him
>oh okay, let's get lunch
??
I am thinking the same. It's too out of character for Bonnie, and her dad is too non-chalant about it. It would have made since if he reincarnated in the bad side which gives a reason for her to kill him.
Nobody storytimed it? I don't blame anyone. This crossover was so fricking lame.
>Nemesis set up for a sequel
How so? I didn't read the latest issue. He seriously lived after all of this shit?
How much did this sell?
can we actually just discuss the comic itself instead of devolving everything into sales numbers like usual
>can we actually just discuss the comic itself instead of devolving everything into sales numbers like usual
There's not really much to say, it has all the same problems literally everything Mark Millar has ever written has. He's like an alien trying to mimick human storytelling and not really getting it.
In discussion to Millar's work I haven barely seen sales discussed. I genuinely do wonder if this is performing well or not. I hope not so Millar can learn this is an objectively awful crossover that needed more issues to do satisfyingly.
I hope poorly because this sucks in a lot of ways. Millar doesn't know what makes crossovers appealing. His only selling point was making the characters people liked die. I enjoy some of his characters but this doesn't do anything fun.
This was one of the greatest comics of all time. A crossover epic harkening back to the peak of DC's Crisis while concluding Dave's arc from Kick Ass 1 with every single genre colliding at once in a maelstrom of flawless pencils. If you don't get this, you don't read enough comics to engage with me.
>t. Millar
Crisis events suck wieners.
Why would anyone ever want to engage with you?
did the new Kick ass even appear in this?
no but Millar said on Twitter that she retired after the last volume of her comic and no one important ever found out her identity so she wasn't roped into this
