It'll be another The Flash debacle.
When all this is over, WB will look to Snyder and cry "save us".
      And he'll whisper: "no."

        >And he'll whisper: "no."
This is a given but WB will then turn back to Henry or Ben and offer them solo sequels. They will pitch it as elseworlds films.

This. Legacy is just a remake of Black Adam and BvS.

They literally had perfection and they threw it away for Gunn's homosexualry... so stupid.

If it was perfection, why did people largely hate those movies?

Most normals are moronic and start having a panic attack if a movie goes longer than 90 minutes. Also they've been brainwashed to think marvel slop is the peak of cinema.

What makes someone normal in a way that differs from you?

Are you calling me normal? Is that meant to be insulting?

                >why did people largely hate those movies?
Mostly manufactured online. At my work MOS and BvS was playing on the TV and everyone was into it. And they are all pozzed into disney/marvel slop. The reaction with BvS when it first released was confusion with the story line and wanting to know more about it.

I don't think so. Largely anyone I've spoken to, from any age group has either ridiculed it, couldn't finish it, or didn't actively care. I also don't understand why the studio wouldn't continue if it was really lucrative for them. They care about money more than online fervour. The leadership has shifted so many times too that it would've been so easy for anybody post-Hamada to be like
                >Listen, there have been some missteps, but we want to back Snyder, we're excited by what he had in store and he has our full support.
But nobody wanted to buy into that.

when he says normals, he means morons

So he's saying that only morons DON'T like capeshit?

                What way?

                >But nobody wanted to buy into that.
Film rights for Superman and Batman are owned by Jon Peters. It doesn't matter who is in charge of DC/WB it will fail. Peters was banned from the set of MOS. This is most likely why there was a concerted effort to keep Snyder, Nolan, Cavill and eventually Affleck away from DC.

But what about BvS and Justice League? How do those still get made if he's so anti-Snyder? Why wouldn't they have just hired someone else after MoS?

I blame Hamada more than anything. It was his idea to bench Affleck and Cavill for the better part of a decade so they could focus on flops like Birds of Prey and WW84. Idiot also had the moronic idea of replacing Batman and Superman with Batgirl and Supergirl.

I don't like Gunns "humor" but he's only doing what he knows.

Nah it'll come out and completely erase any memory of this awful era. People's response will be
    >Oh... It could've been THIS good the whole time?
Snyder had no take on Superman. Which is why he barely talks, gets his name and reporter persona offscreen and there's virtually no difference between Cavill's Clark and Superman.

Actually yes myself along with multiple people in my theater on opening night were laughing at that boring overlong piece of shit. When the credits rolled someone loudly exclaimed "thank god". Never experienced that in any Batman movie ever.

I have a feeling that it’s going to be awful. Gunn is just a bit of a weirdo and I don’t think him overseeing everything is a good idea. I don’t really get what’s so difficult about it either they literally just need to pick one of the dozens of acclaimed runs in the 80s and 90s and make bank. Perhaps the wealth of source material is too overwhelming.

WB/DC probably don't want to as it will be similar to Dean Cain's show in the 90's.
