If that ever happened to any project I created, I'd work those cheeto fingered fricks to the bone, and no amount of union muscle could stop me. I would openly denigrate everyone on my team, and be as much of an eccentric, egotistical frick until they got their asses in gear and worked with me on my project.
I would show up at union organizers homes with a team of paid protestors day in and day out until they capitulated to my demand. I don't have anything professionally done, but I'm creating an independent post apocalyptic horror comedy thing with Daz studio and hand created 3D models/morphs for daz.
Its incredibly hard, so right now I use a lot of stock assets or things I bought in Daz. However, all of the characters were made from morphs I created from scratch. I sculpted them in blender, wrapped them, and now I can use them as Daz morphs.
