It would also be a great way to tie in to the original movie. Predator 2 seems to be the only one that remembers how fricking hot the first movie feels in every shot. The idea that they're hot climate animals gave some flavor to it.

What would be the best pre-modern warriors for predator to fight? You would think knights, samurai, elite slave soldiers like Mamluks and Jannies, but weren't those used to fighting in open battles versus the more jungle warfare style that you would see with native Americans or spear chuckers in the Congo.
Idk always thought predator was a pretty dumb concept for a franchise why it gets compared to Alien is beyond me. Sure the first movie is good because it's original but the premise is boring. Wow alien hunts people with advanced tech but pretends it's being "honorable". Wow thermal and lock on weapons that must make things interesting! I thought Predators was an interesting premise, bringing them to a predator planet or whatever but I just remember the movie being shit.

I dont think berserkers were known for being stealthy but for being very intimidating. Fighting naked and biting shields etc in order to intimidate the enemy. While that might work against Mediterranean manlets I don't think it would against predator.

Only instance of this not happening in the movies that I can remember is AvP, and those Predators weren't on a hunt, they were on a mission to destroy the pyramid to prevent the destruction of one of their monuments. The Predator and the girl had a common goal.
So if they do end up working together, it's because of a common goal that solely benefits his Predator tribe.
