miscegination propagands
At least spell the word right, Cletus.
>Yes, my daughter is a goddamn valid trans woman. You got a problem with that? Get off my ranch. I will not tolerate transphobia on this here land.
Come on, Orthor Morgan
Soap opera for boomers
Kino, especially any scene with Rip. Dragging ass on this last season though I don’t know if we’ll ever get to see it
It's okay. I like Rip but he's a real butthole. Kinda wish Beth died. I hope she dies in the last episodes. I feel bad for jaime.
>feeling bad for Jaime
It’s a conundrum. I do at times, but he also makes really dipshit decisions. John did Jaime no favors from infancy and basically set him up for a life he didn’t even get to choose. And yeah like most everyone on the show is an irredeemable butthole, except based Ryan.
I don't remember Ryan, dam. I like seeing the open land and horses.
He’s the rancher that ends up dating the country singer with the big fat dookie blaster
Oh right that one.
yellowstone is like the peanut butter you put a pill in to get your dog to take its medicine, but it's boomers instead of dogs
Boomer kino
Liberal white guilt socialist goyslop wrapped in a veneer of mealy mouthed conservatism
It's literally this meme
where does this even come from? It certainly doesnt fit the show.
I'm not American, but I think the Dutton character just doesn't care about politics at all except for things that affects his ranch, so most people here probably got angry with it.
>What am I in for?
A decent first season followed by endless and predictable family drama bullshit.
incredibly mixed bag, some really good writing some absolute schlock.
also everyone is at least 10 years too old for the role they are playing.
John and Rip is the best friendship/ father figureship I ever soon absolute kino only bested by "Are we friends, francis?" and Scherbina and Legasov in chernobyl
seen*
>Be feminist
>Complain about straight white males on university all day
>Go home and get white colonizer landowner wiener all night
i tuned into this thinking it'd be some lonesome dove type cowboy show and it's the gayest shit ever
it's not even like 1% as good as justified or deadwood literal fricking garbage boomer slop
Justified has a steep drop in quality past season 2 especially with the whole walton goggins fighting the redneck illuminati
it literally never stops being good
when does yellowstone START being anything other than muh family muh feelings boomer slop?
it's literally hallmark tier but with modern aesthetics lol
eh? All seasons are good. Only bad part is brooklyn israelite trying to play a redneck
Same, I watched all of season 1 waiting for it to get better but it just kept getting more and more pozzed
it's a ridiculous, melodramatic soap opera for rapidly aging wine moms and boomer dads (whose children no longer speak to), but has a couple side plots that are worth watching. i hear the prequels are better.
>i hear the prequels are better.
1883 is great.
1923 shit except for Spencer's odyssey and the natives running away.
Sheridan fricked up making 1923 more than one season. Should have just concluded with a couple more episodes. And hell yeah the hunting story for Spencer is based. And Timothy Dalton makes for one crazy frick
>Dalton
I think his character is just too evil for evil's sake. Instead of a mining baron who wants more land to get more power he also needs to torture people for the lulz.
I mean, rich powerful people have been proven to be sadistic fricks from time to time
>10,000 illegals a day? Well I'll tell you what, every one of them is one of god's children and deserves a chance to earn a living, heh heh
heh
>Universal basic income? Well, I ain't one to turn down a little extra cash in my saddlebag
Once again you are just falling for some leftist troony psyops parroting shit that has nothing to do with the show.
There is about zero politics in this aside from maybe the Natives stuff which doesnt get presented one-sided either.
This whole "Hicklib" shit isnt found in yellowstone, at least from the episodes i have seen.
true but i havent watched the last season.
the biggest "dunks" on the show seem to be from actual ranchers, but the show is self aware that Dutton Ranch is basically just a mafia organization with a little bit of ranching
I mean its Sopranos/Sons of Anarchy but with cowboys. Its supposed to entertain not present reality.
I think you're wrong. Isn't a motive of the show that "true conservatives are all American Democracy™ Fany- not these damn MAGA racists!"
fricking WHERE? Once again there isnt any political stuff in this show its about a Rancher fighting with investors while family drama happens.
Everything is politicized nowadays, even things that aren't political.
The show just presents the cattle ranch business model as outdated and not profitable (Beth criticized her dad because of it) while showing the cowboy/Montana culture is getting threatened by greedy, financial interests and the government in a similar fashion to what the Natives suffered in the past, but the Yellowstone ranch is still around because the Dutton are really vicious.
>some leftist troony
Like the one who wrote the show.
>My son might be trans, but he ain't a damn communist i tell you what!
lol, you know im willing to accept trannies before i accept commies that much you got right.
But as things stand troony and communist are pretty much synonymous and will grow to be even more so.
The first two seasons are 10/10 dark as frick with all the factions preparing to cut each other's throats, John Dutton as a psychopath who only cares about his ranch and rules Montana from the shadows with the Yellowstone cowboy cult doing the dirty work, Rip kino, natives doing cool stuff like stealing cattle and so on.
Around the end of season 2 you'll see a change in tone with John acting more like a guy who is ready to do everything to live in peace in his ranch. There are some great scenes in it that I wouldn't expect it if the author decided to keep the mood of the first seasons.
I highly recommend it. The last time I had this much fun watching a show was with Mad Men.
Her accent is weird and also her baby voice is annoying asf.
Looks kind of interesting from the few clips I've seen, but Beth is a deal breaker, hate those kinds of female characters.
she actually was a pretty decent character at the start when she had a good backstory but she becomes the insufferable person you think she is now in later seasons
its good but the last 2-3 seasons are kinda "forced" not sure the word for it, the characters seem to have broken from their written nature
this tbh, they're literally just repeating the same conflict threads even though they should all be resolved and had character growth moments. I honestly just want them to all kill eachother at this point
Absolute boomer core not worth your time at all
boomer slop
is it true the native american wife is actually chinese?
Gay cowboys siting around eating pudding.
It has captivating cinematography shot in gorgeous locations, but I found it odd when Kevin Costner’s character suddenly turned and looked directly into the camera and performed a land acknowledgment for stolen Crow Indian land.
Absolute garbage.
>What am I in for?
Libtard drama in cowboy skinsuit. Actual waste of time.
>What am I in for?
I trip to the train station if you don't apologize for what you snow monkeys did to the Native Americans
>lettin' a black feller do yer wife?
>well i guess if you say so dutch
