Tay told TJ that she recognized Taylor was running some succubus scheme on him but didn't do anything because TJ looked happy for once and felt it would have only been appropriate to intervene when the scheme was starting to be executed into some sort of negative action against him. Tay seems to have felt that screwing people over by stealing chips or hurling slop was just fine, but emotional manipulation was a step too far because it would carry damage outside of the tank, TJ had low confidence and Tay seems to have felt that Taylor's nonsense would have knocked him down even further if handled incorrectly, fortunately the show just made it a case of do-or-die elimination for TJ via the rent rather than some emotional breakup thing.

By that point TJ had back stabbed her twice in schemes organized by Brian and she knew he was the one that rummaged through her bags fricking with her underwear on day 5, a separate event from the Cole panties on the refrigerator event. Tj went through basically every girls panties over the course of the show on behalf of someone. Tay was pretty clear that TJ is handsome but his self esteem issues aren't something she will ever tolerate in a relationship, by the time Taylor was around TJ was at a bad state with his stammering and rocking back and forth. She was just being protective of TJ just like she was of Summer and her attempts to tard wrangle Jimmy away from rage outs.

A lot of women get stuck in a sunk-cost mode in a relationship that is going sour and believe if they just support a cretin through a hard spell it will resolve, but some men just are broken and the hard spell is because they're emotionally stunted manchildren.

She was just extremely conflict averse when she got there as a result of the domestic violence. She seemed more or less 'fixed' by the time Jimmy had his spergout on the triathlon and was about to fight Jimmy on the spot. By the end she was willing to just immediately comment on stuff to the person's face that annoyed her like Greg stomping all the food.

I didn't mind the actual boxing event that went down. I just minded that Shinji and Tay had been screwed over so badly to organize a TJ victory by Jet, the NPC rule changes protected TJ's score because he had no chips compared to Shinji and Tay. Tay had been carrying the show since Jimmy quit alongside Trish who engaged in feuds and particularly her love-hate antics with Chris. Both Tay and Trish got screwed over by Jet badly for being content drivers.

She said she didn’t want to because she knew he liked her and didn’t want to wienerblock her. She did talk a lot of shit behind her back. She called her a prostitute and a pornstar and after she left she called her a troony.

That’s actually his defining character moment. Even when there was 50k on the line he refused to punch someone while they were down. He has a pure heart.

Apparently they had to cut it off because they were seriously concerned about Shinji. It’s still disappointing that they didn’t tell TJ that Taylor wasn’t an actor.
