What are the odds Zenday and Holland's marriage influences the comics? Zendaya and Holland are the biggest new age movie stars so their thing could lead to brand synergy. They get married, the characters get married. Ride the wave. Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Verse, Insomniac, older Peter is this new generations favorite so it would the perfect time to get rid of Nick's gang of morons and bring in a new generation of artists and writers and editors to take the character into a new place with older cast that act their age. Brand synergy is important after all.

If old people could cope we wouldn't be in this situation in the first place. They will double down.
Nick doesn't have the brain power to see why he's such a moron but this is a more Kevin Feige level decision. Feige doesn't give a frick about Nick. Feige probably doesn't know who Nick is so he can make that choice without needing to cope. Hell, if the word got out that Feige ended One More Day, he'd be seen a god amongst nerds. The man loves to be seen positively so he could take that chance. If it's a marketing opportunity, Sony could also put pressure on a revamp so it might be Nick won't have a say in this. I'm probably just coping but I don't know, it almost feels like times are changing. The only outdated version of Spider-Man around is 616. It's getting outsold by Ultimate, Wells' leaving soon, I feel like this could be it.
yes but you're forgetting
>Tom Holland has repeatedly said he doesn't want to be Spider-Man anymore, strongly hinting he wants to leave after Secret Wars
which means they'll have to recast Peter and he'll be single again
It's an common tactic for actors to say they're feeling antsy to continue playing a certain character when they're actually gesturing to the studio that they want to renegotiate for higher pay or more creative freedom. In reality, Holland wants to continue playing Spider-Man but he wants to play him "older" and in a mentor role for once, and for the Spider-Man films to be smaller scale again after No Way Home.
nah they'll just kill him off and replace him with Miles
and further tank the MCU

>It was on the pristine golfing greens where Tom linked up with Deadline to discuss his career so far and plans for future projects, including whether he will return for a fourth Spider-Man movie.
>"The simple answer is that I’ll always want to do Spider-Man films,” Tom told Deadline. “I owe my life and career to Spider-Man. So the simple answer is yes. I’ll always want to do more.”
>The more “complicated answer” Tom added is how he and the Spider-Man team approach any follow-up to Spider-Man: No Way Home, the third title in his webbed saga, without retreading past themes.
>“We have the best in the business working toward whatever the story might be. But until we’ve cracked it, we have a legacy to protect,” he said. “The third movie was so special in so many ways that we need to make sure we do the right thing.”
>He added: “This is the first time in this process that I’ve been part of the creative so early. It’s just a process where I’m watching and learning. It’s just a really fun stage for me. Like I said, everyone wants it to happen. But we want to make sure we’re not overdoing the same things.”
0.
It's the films that influence the comics, not the actors.
I thought Zendaya was his beard
Mary Jane Watson will stay with Paul, the comics will introduce her younger second cousin Michelle Jones-Watson who will end up being Peter's new love interest.
A more interesting thread would be around the topic of runs that are entierly built on the writer coping. I don't read Zebs run, so I'm not as butthurt about Paul as most anons. But this run is 100% about Wells divorce and how he is getting cucked in real life, it's not even funny or interesting.
the worst thing about paul is that he is boring
Publicity marriage. He's gay as frick.
>shame. they were so relatable too
In a couple minutes the higher ups at Marvel will leap through your window, flop around on the floor like a fish while loudly sharting, and then babble some incoherent nonsense about why Peter and MJ can't be together anymore.
>What are the odds Zenday and Holland's marriage influences the comics?
It already did
it's Tom's fault
>Zenday and Holland's marriage
WTF
You know, during the Tobey's era Peter didn't became a gambler.
marytroonygays can't be this pathetic. now you're appealing to the mcu? lmao
