Why are these on the list? I know Fosters and Huffy aren't great but they're far from the shittiest cartoons out there.
While I dislike most of the shows on this list, I would say about half of them are guilty of simply being stunningly mediocre, as opposed to straight trash. Rocket Power, for example, is just a bunch of out of touch boomers trying to cash on thelate 90s/early 00s X-games boom. It’s boring as shit but it’s not even close to the worst thing Nickelodeon has aired. Stuff like Harley Quinn and Fairly Oddparents, most people would agree had early seasons that were at least entertaining, before swan diving into a dumpster fire. Personally, I would put Spaceballs and Thundercats Roar as the worst entries from this list. Both of them took a property that most people agree was pretty good, devoured it, and proceeded to shit out a poorly animated and painfully unfunny show. Even then, there have been cartoons that were far shittier than anything on the list. DA Boom Crew, Mega Babies, Breadwinners, Caillou, etc.

Seriously, what the frick is the deal with everyone despising this show? Has no-one actually watched it and everyone is just parroting the opinions of someone else who hated it? It's not an incredible masterpiece but how in the frick is it considered the worst cartoon in any shape or form? I need someone to explain. Everytime it's always "Chop Socky Chooks is shit" with no explanation, or "omg it sounds racist :(" which is barely a criticism of the quality of the cartoon itself. I don't care if I sound autistic, if anything, obsessively hating a cartoon just because other people said you should without being able to articulate how you even came to that conclusion is more autistic. The only possible explanations I can think of are the potty humor jokes, which is moronic because the writing is generally very witty/punny and doesn't rely on low tier humor unlike other hated shows, and the fact it's an Aardman production, so the bar was set way too high for a campy action kids TV show. Or, let me guess, it "looks ugly" because it has an unique artstyle. No wonder calarts is so popular now when artists get shat on just for trying to do something different and interesting. That's subjective anyway, I think it looks cool and KO Joe is sexy, the Wasabi World mall is also incredibly comfy. So yeah, I'd love to hear an explanation for how Chop Socky Chooks consistently makes LE WORST CARTOON EVER lists. I thought it was badass as a kid, and I love it even more now the jokes can't fly over my head.

The character designs aren't really anything, you would have to be explicitly told "these are chickens" or "this is a fish" because defining attributes and characteristics of these animals are just absent, like the beaks, feathers, scales, fish lips, etc.

Unappealing how? Again this is just saying it looks like shit for being stylized and not how you came to the conclusion the stylization looks like shit. You can't tell me "just look at it", I never saw anything wrong with the artstyle as a kid and I still don't as an adult. I get you don't like it, what I'm asking is what don't you like about it?

This is really common in cartoons, though. What about Arthur who's supposed to be an aardvark, or Taz who's supposed to be a tazmanian devil? There's way more examples I can't remember off the top of my head, but this isn't an issue only CSC has which inclines me to believe it's not really an issue, it's just something cartoons do, sometimes they sacrifice the intregrity of the reference to make a more iconic character design.
Conveyance is important, and Chop Socky Chooks is pretty bad at that.
Arthur is an unusual example because his design changed radically over time.
Meanwhile, Aardvark and Ant, from the Pink Panther 1969 series are immediately recognisable as the species they're based on, despite anthropomorphization and unusual colorization.
Poor visual design is poor visual design, and Chop Socky Chooks is just guilty of that, and it acts as a barrier of entry before an audience will start listening to the story or learning about the characters.
I really don't think it's THAT important. Your example has the context of being a predator and prey relationship like Tom and Jerry, so there's a crucial reason to know what animals they are in order to get the premise of the cartoon. In Chop Socky Chooks, it's the equivalent of flavor text, the premise of the show doesn't not make sense if you can't work out they're roosters/chickens. Even then, I'm hesitant to concede because Chuckie clearly has a comb, they all have chicken feet and what looks like their lips is probably meant to be their beaks (I'm sure they refer to it as such in the show), at the very least I understood what they were as a kid. But let's say they are poorly designed, that's still not a particularly bad indictment on the show. Nobody was barred from watching or empathizing with Arthur because they couldn't tell what animal he is. The story doesn't hinge on knowing that. But in CSC it does hinge on a lot of Asian culture and traditions, hence why it's stylized the way it is.
